I am a fan of Banyan tree restaurants. Usually go to Romsai as I have the BT Gourmet card since 2008. This time, we tried the japanese restaurant on 53st floor. We got unique view. Amazing service and above all, fantastic food. Loved it Will return. Thanks for the treat.

Banyan tree is a timeless classic sitting in the sky above Bangkok great place for drinks and or a great meal with friends who don't mind heights, great choice of cocktails and wines bit on the pricey side but for that special occasion fantastic. We often take friends visiting Bangkok for the first time to give them a night time... More

We treated ourselves to dinner here on our final night in Bangkok, the food was ok but my steak was on the chewy side, I wouldn't have minded but when you're paying top dollar you expect top quality, which this wasn't I'm afraid. Service was excellent and hats off to the staff for doing a great job. Prices are steep... More

We went to the Vertigo Grill & Moon Bar at the Banyan Tree during our stay in Bangkok. We originally just wanted to have a drink at the roof top bar and got seated at the edge of the bar area with a stunning night view of the city. It's a pretty cool place to bring a girlfriend who is... More

Go there! One of the restaurants I will remember for life. Not the best food I've eaten (even though it was great) , but the atmosphere.. Something to die for! Expensive, but for sure worth it. Remember to go there then the weather is good, so you can enjoy the view completely.

Our first night in Bangkok we wanted to go out for a nice meal before starting out travelling holiday. Had a great meal and excellent service at the banyan tree. We ate on the roof top bar on the 61st floor and the views were amazing. Only thing was it was quite expensive, about £60/$100 for a steak.

This is a very classy fine dining type of restaurant with prices to match. The food is very, very good but I feel you are paying more for the view than the food. The view however as far as restaurants go is hard to beat. The restaurant is situated on the roof top of one of the tallest buildings in... More
