Stayed here before. Great staff, excellent extras such as breakfast, afternoon tea and evening lunch/snacks oh and laundry service. The decor is a little dated but its clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again.

This multi layers resturant to get there is a trip in itself. You have to climb stairs to get to the top of the resturant. Once you are there the views are the best Bangkok. The ambiance of the resturant is very romantic. The food is good but the service is a little slow. You can also choose from a... More

At the top of the Banyan Tree hotel you will find a good restaurant with stunning views over the city. Ask a corner table for the best view and if you like the full experience of the height. The food is good, excellent steaks, but honestly a little bit too expensive.

This multi-level restaurant and bar is located on the top level (59th Floor) of the Banyan Tree Hotel. Much like the hotel below, the restaurant is quite nice in quality and ambiance. This is not a place for casually dressed tourists. This place however is about the location and the view. It has 360-degree unimpeded views of the city. Its... More

We went to the Banyan Tree in Bangkok while on our honeymoon in January. Friends of ours had recommended it so we planned ahead and booked ourselves in a couple of months beforehand (we had heard how busy it gets!) - it was our one extra special meal of the honeymoon and more than lived up to our expectations. We... More

We recently went to the Vertigo Restaurant with another couple - and also had pre-dinner drinks at the Moon bar. The views over Bangkok, were spectacular. The bar was jam packed so it was hard to find space to stand or sit although it had a really good atmosphere. Cocktails were very good although quite pricey. We opted to for... More

63rd floor Vertigo restaurant at the Banyan Tree comes highly recommended! This is a destination to consider when in Bangkok. The view is breathtaking, and the atmosphere outstanding. The food is great, but perhaps not outstanding. We went for the 4-course set menu, with wine pairing. For the red wine to accompany the Wagyu-beef, our waiter informed us that they... More

Our started with a very warm welcome , a fast check in and a great spacious room. Our diner at the Somrai was a great moment of variety and quality food with fantastic service. A place to stay and eat. Always at the top!

The food was good, service good - but of course, the main reason to go here is for the view! 60 stories up, it felt like you were floating over the city. Our 11yr old son was terrified at the thought of going, but once we gently coaxed (and bribed) him to the table, he relaxed and was awestruck by... More

Like many others here I recommend one visits this restaurant for the best view in Bangkok. The food itself was ok, nothing special. One can always only take a drink in hte bar, but it gets extremely crowded - your own dinner table guarantees an unobscured outlook (assuming one gets a table next to the railing!).
