Fantastic and genuine racklette in friendly environment

It has been a while since our last visit to chesa and I really missed their racklette - it is amazingly good and probably one of the best in SEAsia. The wine selection is appropriate and the ambiance is friendly and service is effective. Have a try if you like genuine racklette..

Feel like in Switzerland, from the time you order (nice selection of Swiss dishes) until you pay your bill... the same price as if you were in Zurich! Unfriendly service (this also typically Swiss), average food, overpriced, all the ingredients to spend a typically Swiss evening! Disappointing experience.

Came here for Sunday brunch, and it was every bit as authentic as advertised! Every review you have read here from seasoned travelers and Swiss nationals is true. The raclette was superb, as were the rosti, capuns, frog legs and foie gras (pan fried). There have been a great deal of reviews about how impersonal the owner-chef is. Not the... More

We had loads to eat here. One of our starters we ordered was the pan-fried foie-gras but it turned out be more of a pate...a mixed up in order and not what we expected but it was ok....nice with the breads which they kept topping up. Amongst the food that we got was the Beef goulash stroganoff which was excellent...so... More

The restaurant is inside one of the Soi on the famous Sukhumvit road. This place serves dishes that you would expect to find in a traditional restaurant in Switzerland such as Riz Casimir or Bratwurst mit Rösti and etc.

This restaurant is hard to find for sure but worth the work. It is off of Sukhumvit Soi 20 on the east side down a small dead end alley. Don't be deterred. They serve a fresh imported selection of European food. Chateaubriand and Lamb Chops both excel. Have not tried the Fondue but several other parties around our table did,... More
