The deck offers a great view of the river and of Wat Arun. The food is high quality and I like that they serve both Thai and foreign food options.

We had dinner at The Deck for the first time with our friends who were visiting from out of town. It had been recommended by some Thai friends and we had always wanted to try it. When I called to reserve a table I asked specifically for a table on the second floor with a view (as was recommended by... More

The place is cosy and the view excellent. The food is good, not so special in my opinion. A full Thai food menu and some fusion and western food.

We ate here on the last night of our honeymoon. We read a few reviews on here and decided to give it a go. The restaurant has some stunning views overlooking the Chao Praya river and the Wat Arun temple. We sat on the lower deck looking over the river to the lit up temple which is breath taking in... Awesome view at Wat Aroon. Food is excellent. Best to visit for sunset. They have a great terrace with outdoor seating.

Great food, great service but most importantly the view is exception. Come at dusk to watch the twilight glow over the temple opposite. Strongly recommend it.

The food is expensive and average for a city with so many cheap and tasty alternatives, so you are paying for the gorgeous views of the Wat Arun across the river. When you reserve, specifically request one of the 2 tables next to the edge so you can have an unobstructed view as the deck itself is long and narrow... More
