nice place for a evening's drink with a view

Not sure about the food, as we just had a beer and a Japanese sake. Can't really stuff up either of those drinks, so a pleasant half hour watching the night lights. Would happily visit again.

We've been here a few times and the food is always really good quality. Great view of Wat Arun (scaffolding covering it at the moment). Recommend the Tom Yam Kung soup and the Beef with fried basil leaves & green curry rice. We had starters & mains and a few beers for 1'400 THB.

After dining at a variety of Thai restaurants, we decided The Deck was our least favorite. However the view is fantastic of the river and the Temple of Dawn.

View at sunset was good, but go for cocktails at the roof top bar if you only want the view. Food was terribly overpriced and tasted mediocre. Service staff were uncaring and bordering on being indifferent and rude. Will not visit again nor recommend anyone to dine here. Don't bother making a reservation, it's not worth it.

WOW (not in the good way). Read some reviews before approaching this place. I tried to have a Mojito but it was probably one of the worst I have ever had... it is like going to a place in UK called Wetherspoons, ordering a steak and thinking everything is right with the world. It was not. Horrid. Then we ordered... More

I find the food quite good although some could be tastier/more spicy. I guess the adjust that for tourists. The issues I have were the price which is quite pricy and the there were a lot of mosquitoes around.

I was a bit hesitant about going here for a sundowner as the reviews seemed to be fairly on the average side. However, the thought of a drink on the river at sunset was tempting so off I went. I got there around 6.30 and headed straight to the top floor. There was even a small table free right at... More

I was a little worried reading the new reviews after enjoying staying at Arun Residence and eating at the Deck a few years ago, but we had a lovely evening and the food was fine (not amazing, but reasonably good). Yes it is a little overpriced, but the ambience is lovely and so is the view. Service was prompt, friendly... More

Friends recommended this spot at River side. It didn't fully meet expectations. The scenery is awesome, but food is OK, and overpriced. There plenty of other restaurants who service better Thai food then is served here. Only to find the combination with the view.......
