Unfortunately I went here with my friend after reading some good reviews and it looks very appealing. Well that's where it all falls apart. First of all we ordered drinks and a entrée, the drinks took 25 mins and the entrée was half of the size of what we expected, even asking the 6 staff standing around doing nothing, no-one... More

Located in Soi Lang Suan, Ninth Cafe offers a good mix of Western and Thai dishes at somewhat reasonable prices (some dishes are priced okay, others a tad more than what I would expect). After visiting here numerous times, the food here is dependable and you know each time you come here what to expect. The house wine offered is... More

We stumbled onto this cafe after finding out that Crepes & Co. were closed for intensive cleaning. Their menu is quite extensive and included a large selection of Italian and Thai cuisine. Since we were in Thailand, we decided to focus on the local cuisine: We ordered fried olive rice and fried flat rice noodles. Overall, the food turned out... More

My first visit to the Ninth, a number of months ago, was not so enjoyable. On that occasion while the food was quite good, the service was not. In fact, it was considerably lacking with it taking an inordinately long amount of time to complete a meal. Staying in a hotel on Langsuan Road for the past five evenings, I’ve... More

Have been eating here regularly for 8 years. Had dinner there last night. I restrict this review to the Langsuan branch. Great Thai and Western food. Varied menu with a number of fotos to help. Very pleasant and attentive staff. Sufficient English spoken for the linguistically challenged. Ample portions, quick service and always hot food straight from the kitchen. Clean.... More

We found the one at Siam Discovery (there are two other locations in Bangkok). Despite the frantic, deafening sixth floor of a mobbed mall, Ninth Cafe offered an oasis of relative calm and VERY good food in a city known and expected for good food. Thick red curry and thick green curry both worth the visit.

After checking in to the Hotel Muse, we were starving for lunch. Walking down the street, we popped into the first restaurant that looked appetising, which turned out to be the Ninth Cafe. What a lovely surprise! The food was fantastic, and the staff was quite friendly. We had basil chicken, green chicken curry, and garlic pita bread, and all... More

Our family had a selection of their Thai and Italian courses and though the food quality is not too bad, the taste wasn't too much to our palate. It was either too sweet or spicy. Nonetheless, the outlet at Soi Lang Suan is very well decorated and the prices was a surprise as we thought it looked really expensive but... More

We've come across with this place while we were looking for some other restaurant but we decided to enter in and we were glad we did. We had spring rolls, deep fried crab and spicy chicken noodle. All were delicious. Banana fritter was also good. Their menu is huge with large selection of thai, italian and fusion food. Don't expect... More

We walked here from The Marriott. Very nice café with both Western and Traditional Thai food. We chose to sit outside near the water feature. Very good Chicken Satay with a beautiful presentation. We also had a banana pie with chocolate crust for dessert that was excellent.
