I've been frequenting this large open air picnic table type restaurant for more decades than I can count. An encyclopedic menu, including nearly all of my favorites. Pages of menu. Food fresh, flavorful, very good quality and very low prices for the Sukhumvit. This is the restaurant I would wake up dreaming of the flavors....nothing fancy, that's for sure. Just... More

Really amazing food and though not low price as compared to Bangkok standards, it's definitely not expensive! We came here our first night and decided that there was no reason to try another restaurant for the rest of our visit. Note that we have no problem with trying new food. Suda is just top class! The reason why we gave... More

I haven't been here in 10 years, it looks the same. the food was as great as I remember. This is an open air no-frills restaurant, that is always full expect to share a table with others. you either love it or not. Thai food and beer.

Its crowded for a reason. Its very Delicious and if they know you service is great. I barely sit down and they know what Im looking at. The Gai Hor Bai Toey is incredible(spelled wrong im sure). The mains are all great and its hard to go wrong here. Go early in the afternoon to beat the crowd.

Every time i travel to Bangkok a stop at Suda's is a must! Yummy food! The atmosphere is typical street style and local so don't expect a posh place. The food is out of this world!

Right along the corner of Ashok BTS. Great location, well lit restaurant. The re you'll find visitors from all over the world. A wide variety of Thai cuisine with great taste at very reasonable rates... love it.

Spent around US18 for meal for two. Contrary to most other reviews, it's definitely tourist prices for a place that looks local. It was packed with tourists looking for an authentic Thai experience. The food was alright but nothing to shout about either.

This is where I bring friends who come to Bangkok as tourists and want to eat real Thai food. My favourite here is the cashew chicken. Yummy! It's always packed though. Locals and tourists come to this place. Service can be a bit iffy. Sometimes, the servers pretend that they don't even see you! But I think it may be... More

First thing to understand is this is one popular Thai street food place, frequented by both locals as well as westerners. So it's usually always packed. That means it's GOOD! Take Exit 4 from BTS Asoke and find Soi 14 across the road from Terminal 21 and you see Suda. It's classic indoor and outdoor food without the fancy trappings.... More

This is a must try for those wanting to taste the local authentic taste of Thailand. The fired fish fillet, tom yam soup, fired rice, green curry, pad thai are all fantastic. However the fired spring roll that we ordered was very normal. The setup of this place is non air-con, with very basic setting. Look beyond the place and... More
