Decent fish'n'chippery

Does reasonably good fish and chips. Service is indifferent. Portions aren't particularly large. I might or might not go back.

The restaurant venue was ok but the meal was tasteless. This was partly to be expected given the location. The most annoying part is the attitude of the staff in telling me she didn't have visa facilities whe they clearly do and then they didn't have change when we had to pay in USD. Avoid.

I have never tasted more bland fish and chips in my life. Maybe I just don't like cod but it was tasteless. The atmosphere was great, the smells were great, the staff were delightful, but the food was a complete disappointment, especially considering an old friend rated it more highly than Sams fish and chips in Silom, where I will... I've been going here often. Great quality food for the value. Probably one of the better fish and chips spots in Bangkok. They are also open late (2:00 AM or so). Great burgers too! Convenient after a stroll through Soi Cowboy.

Good quality fish and chips and not bad selection of food on the menu. Been back and always been decent quality and always freshly cooked to order so you know will be hot and fresh

Ate here last night with my family , it's been renamed and refurbished and the food is still excellent. Well worth a visit if it's been some time since you have visited a chip shop!

The Offshore Fish & Chips chippie on Sukhumvit's Soi 23 is no more. It closed about 1-year ago and has been replaced by the Fish & Ship, an amalgam and poor substitute for the long closed Ship Inn (originally further down the soi) and the original Offshore Fish and Chips chippie. Poor quality fish & chips plus average Thai fare... More

Hadn't been here in many many years and has recently been refurbished, but still a great choice for a late night feed such as fish, chips, and mushy peas if you're feeling peckish after a few beers.

we have just thrown out our takeaway from this awful fish and chip shop. No Sunday lazy takeaway for us, now we have to think of a second meal. Added to that we had to return after taking our order as we were given the wrong order. Not freshly replaced either. Soggy, grease laden chips and inedible batter on fish.... More

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighborhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
