There is nothing like dining 60 floors up with only the stars above you. In terms of ambience, vertigo bar is off the charts. And guys who are looking to win over a date, impress for their anniversary, or maybe even pop the question could do no better than this. Service is top notch as well. The staff are highly... More

it may be best roof top restaurant. Great service, good food. and incredible service. however i didn't gave 5 point for vertigo. Steak was not that good as expected. But vertigo appetizer was good which menu is for 2 person. Group tables were nousy enough to interript my romantic dinner at vertigo. Price were expensive. which was about $400 for... More

I had been told about this restaurant by friends who had been to Bangkok, before we went I looked it up on trip advisor and have seen the various comments comparing ti to other places. Unfortunately I have not been to these other places so can only comment on this as my first experience! We went for the 6.30pm sitting... More

On making a booking for Vertigo restaurant we were advised that we needed to "dress up" as sandals and scruffy clothing would not be allowed. I was ok with this as I figured it was a 5* restaurant and I'd be happy to make an effort. On arriving we were taken to the bar area for a drink prior to... More

If you do decide to splurge on dinner and not just head for the bar to enjoy the views - as is perfectly possible and acceptable, be prepared to be very pleasantly surprised. My partner and I had two courses each, soups (duck consomme and Lobster bisque) to start at £10.00 each were good and beautifully served. I then had... More

Dresscode: No shorts, short sleeves or open shoes for men etc. They're less strict than at Sirocco. Atmosphere: Amazing view, which will be occasionally blocked by a waiter trying to sell you water from a slightly dehydrated village in Switzerland. It is very crowded with tables so close to each other you don't even need to talk to each other... More

We visited Vertigo in February - we originally had a booking for Sirocco but decided to change after reading reviews on trip advisor....however that said we also visited Red Sky at the Centara Central World and it was much better! Arrival at the resturant was impressive - vertigo certainly has it's namesakes affect as the stairs up to the resturant... More

Great view, great location and ambiance and I agree that they hold it on a certain price level, however for the money we paid, we could have gone to Alan Ducasse in NYC or Joel Robuchon in Paris..... The food was nothing special, they came to every table to make "complimentary" picture, as if no one has a digital camera,... More
