Pricey but for the quality of the ingredients it s still a good bargain.... For sure the most expensive street food I never had in Bangkok. The only bad point was the waiting of the food, more than 25 min.

Jay Fai's servings are smaller than more popular restaurants in the area, at triple the price. Flavor is just so-so. Definitely doesn't justify their prices. They'll make you wait quite a bit for your food too even if the place is practically empty.

jayfai offers a superb food, authentic home cooking style drunken noodle. The only problem was the waiting time. We waited for almost 1 hour for our food to come and the place is not even packed. If you can't wait or don't have time, just go to the super pad thai at Thip Samai next door for a good 50... More

Had the crab omelette and drunken noodles. Sensational seafood, balanced flavours and one of the best feeds in weeks. Not cheap but worth every penny. Ill be back with bells on!

Tried the 380bhat drunken noodle with seafood. Ladyboss handle all the cooking with charcoal stove. The noodle was quite good with all the fresh seafood.

We just had to check this place out after reading about it when we searched for "must try" places to eat in Bangkok. Located several doors down from Thip Samai it's the corner stall at the end of the same row of shops. An easy walk from Khao San Road but just that little too far from the shopping belt... More

This place had the best food of all the places we tried in Bangkok. Simply, this lady knows how to cook. I had the crab omelet and my wife had the drunken noodles. The drunken noodles were simply great as all the flavors of the ingrediants showed up when you put the first bite into your mouth. Can't say the... More

This place is very talked about over the internet, so we checked it out. We arrived early, around 6pm, and it seems they were just opening. In fact, we were the only guests there until we left (in contrast with the also famous pad thai places in the same block, both packed). The price probably explains it, as for the... More

It easy to find this neat road side restaurant. Just look for the huge mob next door at Thip Samai and overflowing tables and Jay Fai is immediately to the right. Our server attended to us very promptly and took our beer orders. We had heard that Jay Fai is an institution amongst some foodies, so we were keen to... More

Next to the famous and always crowded ThipSamay on Mahachai road this place has some very good seafood specially the noodles in gravy you can choose what to have them with we had the shrimp version and they were delicious although expensive for street food around 350 bath per dish the quality of the sea food is outstandig and you...
