By Customer Tripadvisor review... This smallish, cozy Italian restaurant in the heart of the city offers some of the best Italian food in Bangkok. Situated in a stand-alone Thai house, it has both indoor and outdoor seating and a room for private parties. The prices are average but the food is exceptionally good. There are weekly specialties on offer but the standard fair includes homemade pastas, salads, antipasti, fish, beef, lamb, chicken, and, of course, their famous pizza. They also have homemade desserts and an impressive wine list as well as a fully-stocked bar. Definitely worth a visit.

It's a traditional Italian Restaurant, with attentive Service, always crowded, but the center of my review is certainly THE best Pizza Parma I ever had. It seemed to be deconstructed, Pizza is sliced into tranches, seperately? baked, and each graced with prosciutto Parma and burrata. The result is pure joy.

Il Bolognese was relatively occupied when we arrived at 6:30 p.m. Our family of 9 including 4 children required one of the family table for 8-10. The most suitable table was reserved by another party for 7:30 p.m. We acknowledge our time frame for our meal. Basically we tried to enjoy our quick family dinner with the 4 kids. We... More

I have eaten here regularly over the past 5+ years and always enjoy the food and wines. My partner and I went here for lunch today and opted for the set lunch. Excellent value starting at B290++ for 2 courses. Generous serves and extremely well trained staff. Love this place always.

I've been here many times and really enjoy the quality of food offered here. Food is very filling and I think that the price is very reasonable for what you get. Great place to come for dinner whether family or couple. Nice dim setting. The manager (I did not catch his name) is very nice and greets you upon entering... More

The place is very popular but managed to get a table without reservation. Genuine Italian food, crispy pizza and the fritto misto di pesce was very tasty and the portion generous. The Italian owner greeted the guests and the service was good although not very attentive to details. The location off Sathorn and the building with both out and in-door... More

I was at Il Bolognese for a dinner with friends.....the overall quality of appetizers and pizzas was good (I took a napoletana)...Prices instead were quite high in particolar for beverage (we spent 1,250 bath per person with a pizza, beer, coffee and liquor)....Not the best value for money...

Visited this place specially to have its famed wood fired pizza's. Went in without a prior reservation and had to wait. The place is full at nights, need to reserve in advance to avoid waiting. Ordered a Pizza which was moderate. The buffala mozzarella salad (dont recall the name) was amazing though. Nice drinks menu and fragenlico is a worth... More
