Went down, bounced back up

I have been a patron of this place for as long as they have been open. I must admit that some of the review show that most people that have known the old version can be disappointed à bit about obviously cheaper options chosen by the direction(expensive bottles of oil and vinegar are now refilled... read more

Pala was a random find during our 3 nights stay in Bangkok. And my husband and I kept going back for the amazing pizza everyday. One of the best pizzas we've had and also tried their pasta last night which was absolutely amazing. Definitely a must try place for fans of simple but highly flavorful food

Pala is such a great find in the heart of the city without the $$$ price tag. The pizza is just excellent, the antipasti to share was enough for 6 and one of the best small, cosy Italians we have found. Don't be fooled by its small shop front right under the steps of the Asoke BTS station (next to... More

Rather nice pizza.....yes. But not the top notch. Rather expensive in fact. If you eat in, the place is more like the atmosphere of fast food stall such as Subway. It is an ok place but there are other better restaurants with valuable choice out there in BKK.

Had a dinner with a friend here and I'd have to say, I was amazed by the ambiance. Got a good look of the place and it looks nicely decorated. They serve take-aways outside the place as well, which is good if I ever just wanna have a slice on the go. As a pizza lover myself, it's good for... More

Love the variety of good old fashioned authentic Italian pizza! Always warm and fresh from the oven. Get restaurant atmosphere, can be crowded and difficult to get a table during lunch hours. Best to visit at 11am or after 1:30pm for lunch.

Seven years I have lived in Bangkok and pizza is my favorite food, Pala is absolutely hands down the best your going to get. Go to the shop, its right at the bottom of the skytrain steps at Asoke, its crowded, not much to rave about, its a pizza joint and the good ones all seem to have that in... More

One of the greatest pizza ever tried in Bangkok". Very nice location close to MRT and BTS public services in Asok.
