Delicious

Great little place! Food is delicious also, the porridge for breakfast is particularly yummy! Get a huge portion that keeps you going for hours! And costs 90 baht!

Such a great little find. I was handed a flyer on Khoasan road and it was down a back street around the corner. Wow! When we got there we absolutely loved it! We aren't vegan or vegetarian but it was great. We had amazing smoothies (pineapple and coconut) Pancakes excellent! We'd strongly recommend it if you're in the area (also... More

I come here every day i am in Bangkok, for a glass of kombucha. Three years ago, this place introduced me to kombucha, and inspired me to make it myself; they've since taken their brewing to the next level. I am inspired to follow suit, but i feel like a hen trying to lay an ostrich egg... in short, my... More

Taken to this place in 2008, was superb then and still is now!! We made a beeline for this even though we are not vegetarian, there is a huge menu and something for everyone! Big hearty portions and are delicious, very friendly staff and helpful points in the menu! Going back in the morning for another smoothie....!!

This is excellent spot located near several other excellent vegetarian and vegan restaurants. The atmosphere is very good the service was friendly and the food was delicious. I had just come in from a bike tour so I was very hungry and decided to try the gluten-free apple cinnamon pancakes. As hungry as I was I could not finish the... More

Overall I enjoyed Ethos. The menu had a great selection of tasty food that fits my style. Loved the noodles, rice, kombucha and smoothies. Spent a few days in Khaosan Rd area and went only to Ethos. I actually had thoughts of staying because of the food lol, because I wanted to try everything on the menu. Liked the low... More

Found this little treasure after days of searching for real vegetarian food (without fish sauce), and was delighted to realize I had discovered the Bangkok Vegan District ! It is very difficult to find, and very easy to miss... but once there, you feel like you found the secret entrance to an exclusive club. Staff and guests alike make you... More

Staying in Banglamphu

Neighborhood Profile
Banglamphu
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.
