Busy atmosphere and good beer

A western style pub with the usual beer and food options. Great location next to the BTS line and good service from the waitresses. I regularly return to the Robin Hood to watch the sport and enjoy some cold beers.

The beers are cold, fresh and competitively priced. The staff always make you feel welcome and the manager Billy has to be one of the best in the business. I always choose this place when I am asked where to meet someone.

Visited twice on a recent trip to BKK, once for breakfast, which was awesome and one for supper, which again was fantastic! Will definitely be returning for a slice of Britain.

Bangkok is constantly changing, so reviews of bars, restaurants and hotels aren't always to be trusted. A place that's awful one year can be terrific the next. Robin Hood is one of those places. Three or four years ago it was truly awful. The food was bad, it was dirty and bug-infested, and no one seemed to care. I'd try... More

We visited this pub for a few quiet ales prior to dinner and were thoroughly impressed with the atmosphere and service. The place was well packed with friendly folks mostly expats and visitors seeking a ale in an English style pub. I would recommend this a good place with quality food and beverage served by attentive staff.

Plenty of food, not particularly tasty though, and the miserable waitress really topped it off. The search for a good sunday roast will continue.

I was invited here by friends who live in Bangkok. Although I have been to Bangkok over 100+ times I have never tried this pub or had noticed it. We had a table for 6 in a corner and the place was dull. The beer was offered at a special price and the food was good and reasonably priced.

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighborhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
