How can this restaurant be in the top 50 restaurant list??? It is not bad if you like traditional thai food: very spicy, very garlicy & a little greasy. Nothing I would have expected from a top restaurant. No finesse, no delicate flavour, but overpriced chillies, garlic and grease. Tasty though. No need to spend around 200$ for this type... More

I can't believe this place has only 4 stars. It is very spicy but we love it that way. The ambiance was delicate and romantic. We were stuck in traffic and they saved our table for us even though we were almost an hour late. It was incredible. We had the chef's tasting menu, which included what felt like 15... More

I would agree with most reviewers that this is s nice restaurant (ambiance, service, food) but not worth the hype. I think the Michelin star and the top 50 sets the expectations high and they were not met. I can think of 50 restaurants in Japan alone which serve better food. I ate here while staying at the hotel as i felt... More

We booked two weeks in advance and could only get a lunch booking. We went there with high expectations as it is a Michelin Star restaurant. We thought it was a three star but turned out it was only a one star Michelin but our waiter explained that it is the maximum it could get for whatever reason. The manager... More

We booked 3 weeks in advance for our honeymoon, as this is reported to be one of the best restaurants in Asia and ended up trying the tasting menu. Service is top notch, cocktails were delicious, the appetizers were unbelievable and then the food became more...interesting. The hot and spicy soup should definitely be taken in small doses (and we're... More

This was our second visit to Nahm, the first being to a set menu event a few years ago. This time we went a la carte, opting out of the set menu as we thought (rightly in retrospect) that it would be too much food. The best dish of the night was kaffir lime and smoked fish relish with sweet... More

I visited a few weeks ago and I was not dissapointed by the whole experience, the setting in it in is amazing suits it down to the ground, reading the reviews and a fan of the chef I was expecting great things, the food was very different to what I have ever experienced before, the quality of the ingredients were... First of all they missplaced my booking...so we had to wait in the bar while they sorted a table out. The bar then charged us 2,200 baht for a round of 4 drinks. Then is the restaurant they allowed a screaming kid to sit on the table next to us. We chose the tasting menu, and all the soups tasted... More

Went there for dinner on 23/1/2015. Booking has to be done by emails a few weeks in advanced. This is ranked 19th amongst the best restaurants in Asia, so it has a reputation to uphold. Ordered three starters: two soups and one salad. The hot and Spicy is really too hot and spicy. the coconut soup is acceptable and the... More
