Great value French restaurant in BKK

We were looking for a French restaurant for dinner in BKK as the missus heard French food was good here. We looked up and found this restaurant with some good reviews so decided to check it out. Having eaten at restaurants with 3 Michelin stars, we have had our fair share of fine French food. The... read more

Having worked all weekend and as a result missing my favorite Sunday lunch at the Rain Tree Café, I decided to revisit Gastro Bistro at RefleXions on Sunday evening for the first time in several years. WOW!!! The morsels and flavors were awesome! The menu is very French, and the small portions mean that guests can taste an array of... More

Af the end of our two week holiday in Thailand we decided to spend our final evening dining at The Reflexions restaurant in the Plaza Athenee. The hospitality we received from start to finish was warm, friendly, courteous and professional. The name of the restaurant, The Reflexions, was very apt for the ambiance of the restaurant. The venue was one... More

A hotel restaurant isn't the sort of place i would generally go to for a special occasion but I'd heard good things about the food at Reflextions from a chef friend of mine so we gave it a try, and boy am I glad we did! If you're looking for fantastic classical European food at a reasonable price then this... More

I returned to Reflexions after not having been for many years. When I heard that Mark Jones is now in charge of the kitchen I had to try. I have eaten his food many times when he was at Soneva Kiri cooking at the View. The food there was nothing but stellar... So - I went to experience his cooking... More

I spent a wonderful Sunday evening at The Reflections. Only 2100 baht per person, you can enjoy unlimited French dishes and free flow of wine. You won't be disappointed from appetizers to desserts . You can try as many dishes as you wish if you have enough spaces. I highly recommend foie gras and tiger prawn for hot appetizers, and... More

I have visited here twice - both times on a Sunday evening for the Gastro Bistro Sunday's offer and both times it has been amazing! For 2,400 baht per person for such delicious, all you can eat French food and free-flow wine (and great wine at that!) it is such good value for money. The portion sizes are just the... More

The service at Reflexions were top notch 5 stars!! The menu was modern French and quite innovative! I particularly like the Amuse Bouche that was served, very smoky gelatin with a crawfish tail. The atmosphere was very festive and yet relaxed. I would eat here again!!

We visited The Reflections again and had in general a good dinner. However the cod dish on the a la crate menu was not up to expectations. This was as far as we remember the signature dish of former executive chef Mr Thibault. This time the cod had a hard brown surface which indicates a too high temperature and it... More
