Yes, you can get better food in Bangkok than this. Better value for money? Not so sure. Perhaps the ultimate street food joint will do the job for you. We spent the evening at la Table after having had a close to perfect lunch at Sra bua (keep that in mind when read this review). The taxi driver had some... More

A little diner in Saladaeng attended by friendly good staff. Food servings rather small but nice food. Not a place if you are really hungry. Wine per glass serving very generous. I ordered the beef but was served duck. Staff immediately apologised and even offered for me to eat the duck while they prepared the beef. Not a fan of... More

This was a fantastic meal and astonishingly good value. The tasting menu was hugely impressive - fine dining at its best. They change the menu every week which would be hugely tempting if I was there for a longer visit. Every dish was beautifully prepared and a work of art, as well as being delicious. Not just the best meal... More

We settled on this restaurant by searching for restaurants in Bangkok on the web. It was a little hard to locate, and ended up walking past it twice! Suffice to say, a simple phone call got us back on track. Look out for the MK restaurant as La Table De Tee is situated diagonally opposite (on the other side of... More

Went here for my birthday and it was fantastic. Every dish was well balanced, presented beautifully, and sophisticated. I could not knock the food at all. The ambiance could be a little more refined but the place feels cosy and unpretentious. My only real slight annoyance (and this is tiny in the grand scheme of things) was that they did... More

I was recommended La Table de Tee by a colleague and I am going to keep spreading the word! The restaurant is little bit hidden away, but is such a gem. The restaurant is quite small, so make sure to book a table. They serve a 5-course meal planned by the chef with two choices for the main dish. The... More

Tucked in a small lane off Convent is this lovely restaurant. Friendly manager and staff, innovative menu, excellent food and well priced wine. We have been several times and always get a warm welcome. A real "neighbour hood" restaurant. Looking forward to our return.

La Table de Tee was one of the first to open tiny restaurant with gourmet set menu. A challenge which they managed to pull. the place is at the same time simple, yet cozy and nice. No chi chi, not pretentious, food is creative and excellent. My only disappointment is that they only serve imported water. I am still old... More

The restaurant had popped up on many sites that I had looked at so visited last week. Thoroughly enjoyed my evening. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which I appreciate as a single traveler. The five-course set menu was great. I'd already decided on my choices after visiting their Facebook page to see the weeks offerings. The food was thoughtfully... More
