delicious!

I tried almost every menu and I think all are great. Maybe it meets Thai taste; tasty and spicy. Their house wine is also great. They have a happy hour at 7-10pm. Heineken, House Wine and what else I can't remember 200baht/glass.

Had passed through this restaurant several times in the past. Last Friday we decided to check it out - not because anybody recommended it (only 1 review in TA!! this will be the second one) but because we saw a huge sign for Stella Artois. We are insanely sick of drinking Singha or Heineken which is what 90% of the... More

My partner and I went to Mokka Restaurant (since 1964) in Sarasin Road for the first time. Service was very attentive (but not overbearingly so) and first drinks arrived promptly. We were having a leisurely meal and so the staff were appreciative of that and let us order various dishes until we were finally full. Good wine list and great... More

Staying in Silom

Neighborhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
