Fun Place to Eat Seafood!

T & K sits on a corner in the middle of Yaowarat Road, Chinatown, in Bangkok. Look for the green shirts! Seating is both outside and in. It's loud, alive, and a ton of fun. Cold beer, jumbo prawns, and spicy seafood sauce make for a cheap and delicious meal. Great street eats line the road in... read more

This place opens from around 5pm I believe, and seating spills over to the road as it gets later. They serve excellent squid in garlic and lemon sauce, and the crab meat cooked in its shell is the most delicious crab meat dish I've ever tried. The dips they provide on the table are amazingly tasty, spicy and savory, I... More

We had to wait in a long line. The restaurant was both inside and out, but the line moved quickly. We all had terrific meals for reasonable prices. Mine was about a dozen oysters fried in a batter, cashews in sauce, and greens. All of us were more than satisfied. Well worth the short wait in China Town.

We were seated and served very quickly. There was nothing special about the food but the restaurant was convenient and full of life. It was a good start to an evening exploring the markets of Chinatown.

I understand that this is a bit of a Chinatown institution. The food was just ok (having been to China, this certainly reflects the gastronomic reality in the Middle Kingdom). What was super great was sitting on small plastic stools by the roadside whilst the world went around its business. I've got to say that the street looks like a... More

We came here because our first choice - a riverfront restaurant that shall not be named - was booked out. What a lucky break that turned out to be. I don't know what T&K Seafood is like on other days, and maybe I was high from all the diesel fumes and the sheer buzz of the place - there was... More

We tried this street restaurant after a recommendation from a nearby hotel. We were surprised by the long line, but as it moved quickly we were satisfied. The food tasted very good, the staff was friendly and the ambiance worth remembering.

Located in the central street of Chinatown and just 5 mins taxi/tuk tuk ride from Hua Lamphong MRT Station. I had grilled prawns, fish in lime sauce, shark's fin, glass noodle with crab, fried rice with crab, grilled squid and stir fried morning glory. Food was good and not too expensive. They have outdoors (literally by the side of the... More

Went there on 16 Dec,waited for about 30 minutes before assigned to a table in a cramp area w/o Air-con.It was rather difficult to enjoy our seafood in such a cramp area and dirty floor. But the taste of their delicious cooking, compensate for the negative side. We came back again on the 17 Dec and was immediately greeted & given... More

Cheap and fresh seafood serviced but very poor hygiene and customer service. I found order papers in my tomyam as well as the fried rice !!! They also placed the plates of a dish on top of another dish when bringing the food up. The servicinh staff is not friendly. The staff refused to provide extra spoon for Tomyam soup.... More
