Nice lunch

I went here for lunch and there were not many customers at that time. Had fried noodles and chicken that was good. Nice service. Delicious basic thai food to a decent price.

This has been a strong contender for our worst meal in Bangkok. There was not a single Thai person in this restaurant, only tourists – never a good sign. We won't go back and neither should you.

After some confusion as google has the wrong street for this restaurant (soi 50, not soi 30) we ate here for a fun and easy dinner. I love Penang, theirs was very good-they adjust heat for Western tastes, a nice touch! Great value for the meal-- Near the river and the bustling street Thanon Charoen Krung, worth taking a walk... We were staying at the Shangri la and this fantastic little restaurant is only a 50 metre walk. The service was very friendly and the waiter manages to relay the amount of heat/spice you want in your curries perfectly. We both had juices to drink and they were very good. The Panang curry was to die for in fact I... More

We only took a beer, but our neighbouring tables had food the smelled and looked good. There was a couple of things on the menu that they didn't have 😢 (mango and sticky rice)

Food this as was within walking distance of the Shangri La. Food was very tasty, service was good....I think we had 4/5 dishes to share plus beers for around 700baht (£14 ish). Well worth it.

Ordered a green curry and a penang curry. Before I start I've had multiple curries, especially green curries and I love the dish. This one just had an off taste. Like I was eating fecal matter. Also couple cockroaches

.... if you like sweet Westernised Thai food. Every dish we had was over sweetened. I know that many Western tourists love that style of food. We love the more authentic Thai food and were really disappointed with our meal here.
