We live in BKK and have tried most Italian restaurants in the downtown area. Luigi's is the best. They have home made pasta and everything is cooked like in the owner's Mom's kitchen back in Italy! Forget the menu, ask for any special dishes and will always give you something amazing. Some of the reviews say that his Pizza is... More

Stumbled on Luigis and was glad we did. Home made pasta and sauces were very well made, full of flavour and served by very attentive and friendly staff. The owner Luigi spoke with us and the other diners on a number of occasions - typical Italian host very talkative and wanting to truly know what you thought of his food.... More

My husband and I enjoyed a late night dinner at this restaurant. The owner was so warm and welcoming it enhanced our meal. We ordered pizza which was very tasty. The waitress showed us the sizes for the pizzas so there were no surprises and we ordered exactly the amount that we wanted. We ordered cheesecake for dessert which was... More

Food - now Italian and Thai is very good - this outside restaurant is beautifully decorated - you sip your wine and eat your food amongst flowers everywhere - the boss ( although he says his wife is the boss) is very friendly - This is really a great place and not too expensive - certainly worth a try -... Great restaurant at 50 meters of Sukhumvit: lot of choice of pizza, pasta, ... The products ( I took a focaccia and a pizza) were of a great quality: as good as in Italy. The dessert was also great (chocolate mousse). They weren't pushing you in a hurry. Whole experience for a very good price.

Shop bought/frozen pizza base smothered with an excess of poor quality cheese and even poorer toppings at a ridiculously inflated price. Best part of 600 baht for the underwhelming cheese on toast with two soft drinks. Should have gone to pizzahut.

Hugely overpriced pizza that didn't really taste of anything and was undercooked. Service was quite good though.

The garden setting is lovely and we have enjoyed a night out there on our last 3 visits to Bangkok but we weren’t impressed with it this visit. We have always gone for the Thai food, in the section named “Somtam Yam Aroy”. Despite being among the first guests of the evening we were advised they had run out of... More

Tasteless pizza with sticky cheese and hardly any toppings. Canned tuna was used for an overly greasy salad. Luigi is an insult to Italian food.

We were again in Bangkok last month and were welcomed like old friends by Luigi and his staff. The food was brilliant. The cheesecake so good that Luigi delivered more to our daughter's home. We like Thai food but Luigi's provided a lovely alternative.
