Nice Jap Food!

We wanted the best Japanese food in BKK so we tried ISAO. Food was lovely especially the sandwich. Jackie tasted something like Singapore's Rojak taste (the sauce), nice presentation! The sashimi was fresh and staff are all well trained and friendly. There was a long q after we finished our lunch... read more

This restaurant is popular for its food, and it definitely didn't disappoint. Thumbs up for the food! With the big crowd that visit for the food, do expect a little bit of waiting. Well, its worth the wait! I would visit this restaurant the next time I'm in Bangkok.

This is one of the best restaurants I have been to for contemporary/fusion sushi cuisine. The chef is a culinary creative genius! The sushi rolls are attractive, taste amazing and I can't wait to go back to this little restaurant! I recommend the signature rolls, and also book early as getting a table can be difficult as the restaurant is... More

We've been to Isao twice now and will definitely be back for a third time as soon as possible. Sushi is unique and extremely tasty. You can reserve in advance but you need to be there on time! Or be prepared to queue outside. Price is very reasonable for sushi. One to make a beeline for!

Try the Jackie, my favorite dish and you can't find it in other Japanese places in Bangkok! Be prepared to wait in line as they don't usually accept reservations. It may be worth it if you're not pressed for time. Great casual dining environment but it doesn't really make you want to linger. Good place for friends but perhaps not... More

Just ate at Isao, great experience! The sushi was great, they presented some of it really good as well; like little pieces of art. Pretty! It's a popular place and for good reason. Good food, good portions and good service. Would definately come back!

Recently ate here after walking in off the street on a Wednesday night. I could see the people sitting out the front so I knew we had the right place. After a 20 minute wait we opted for seats at the sushi bar. BTW...the 20 minute wait was ok as it gave us a good chance to study the menu... More

Loved this place and have visited this numerous times ... Can't get enough of the food ... Usually packed and difficult to get bookings ... Best to call and ask for the wait time or better still send someone to wait while the rest of the gang shows up :)

We ate at a lot of sushi restaurants all over Thailand but this was by far The best one. The sushi was delicious. It was very busy, so try to make a reservation in advance
