I saw they had many good recommend in here. But I still want to give for restaurant another 5 star. I went there for lunch after 2 friends of mine who were living in Bangkok and high recommend it. They are going every week. I fail in love with sushi and restaurant. :)))

I'm here once a week, and Everytime I eat sushi at Isao, the taste always satisfies me. At times we pick it up and eat it at home to avoid the long line. However, the long line is worth it for the good sushi. Definitely recommend crunchy, Jackie, and sushi sandwich. they also can make most of these sushi vegetarian.... More

Wonderful fusion of ingredients into yummilicous sushi. Excellent creativity transforming traditional sushi rolls into pretty characters on plates & menu. Must Try! 1. Jackie - yes that's his name! Wrapped with shrimp on the outer layer, filled with deep fried shrimp & avocado in the insides, with 2 perfect mixes of sauces underneath. Only 1 word for it - Yummy!... More

Isao's specialties are cute sushi rolls shaped like dragons and caterpillars and the sushi sandwich. We tried the Jackie roll, a sushi roll with prawns and avocado. It was swimming in a very sweet sesame sauce, which I thought didn't go with the roll and overpowered the flavours in the sushi roll. Would have been much better simply with soy... More

Went to Isao for lunch during a weekday and was given a table for 7 just within 15 minutes of wait. There are tons of selection to choose from within the menu and we were spoilt for choice as everything looks really delicious. We decided to try out a few of their specialties (Jacky, Dragon, Sushi Sandwich) and was impressed... More

I'm not the biggest Sushi lover but had received very strong recommendations for this restaurant from a friend of mine. The platters are pretty good value and the quality of the food is very good but the most impressive thing was the service. I have food allergies and it is rare to find a restaurant in Thailand that understands or... More

We love Isao! Great food and original Japanese creations. Last evening I ordered Takeaway and the sushi sandwich appeared a good 20 to 25% smaller than normal. Not sure if this is a new standard or just an off night.

If you are looking for some amazing sushi creations don't miss that place! Reservations are highly recommended, or you just have to wait outside the restaurant. The price/value is in my opinion fantastic. I had some Gomaae, Volcano, spicy tuna salad, sashimi plate and crispy sushis for 1800.- THB. Ask for their sashimi suggestions, even the owner might cut it... More
