All the food is great, with a seemingly endless choice of food. However, we were staying in the hotel and working across close by so went for lunch too...so inevitably became slightly bored. You have sushi (great), steak (ok), Chinese food (good), Noodle Bar (great), fresh pizza (good), deserts (fantastic). Breakfast choice in the restaurant is probably one of the... More

Tried this restaurant with a friend who really recommended it. Similar to some of the large restaurant buffet, they have a really wide selection. She had her assistant book really early in advance as it is apparently really full and you have to book way ahead. The seating area is comfortable, my children loves their part of the selection of... The buffet has the highest hype in Taiwan. I called for dinner reservation and was told they won't have any dinner availability for another month, but lunch is available. I asked if their food selection was different between lunch and dinner (it does cost the same), and I was told there was no difference, therefore I booked the lunch happily.... More

Really enjoyed buffet breakfast at this restaurant, above average for a 5 star hotel in my experience.

Before i tried one of my friend said it is very good. We tried in the occasion of friend gathering in a private area and overall the atmosphere and services are pretty good, however please note this is a buffet and from the buffet standard the food is good, but no wow factor. The price is not cheap overall considering... More

Chef Rishi goes way out of way to ensure all of his guests are happy and satisfied. Exceptionally outgoing, Rishi engages with each table adding a level of personal service not found in other restaurants.

Normally, I don't make reservations for hotel restaurants early in advance (if at all). But, do yourself a favor and make one as soon as you know you want to dine here. I'm not sure if it was all the holiday parties, but the buffet here and at the W Hotel were pretty much fully booked. I tried this place... More

As a member of Starwood privilege I always seek out the starwood hotels in the city I am visiting as I like their restaurants. We dined at the Westin and Sheraton Taipei (also Starwood) but found Latest Recipe at the Le Meridian to be the best. Huge assortment at the buffet, seafood, roasts, pasta's, Japanese, Chinese, cheese platter and the... More

I went to the Latest Recipe to sample their "famous" lunch buffet. I say "famous" since it is apparently very hard to get a reservation for either lunch or dinner. Upon arriving with my family, I was very impressed with the modern decor of the hotel as well as the restaurant itself. The service was great with a very polite... More
