been here twice (2008 & 2012). both times the experience was consistent, no menu needed, the minute you arrive you are seated and the courses start coming out. the courses did change slightly which i believe is due to seasonal availability, but the presentation and taste were good. there are only a handful of tables and they were full when... Da Shan Wu Jia is a true gem hidden in a mountainous setting at a Taipei suburb. The chef/proprietor takes a more refined approach on Taiwanese cuisine.
