I was looking for something a little different and thus was a great place. Nice quite personnel atmosphere, friendly staff and great food. I hand the Hummis and lamb. The pita bread was fresh and oustanding. If you are looking for a good middle eastern meal, this is the place.

The food and baked goods at Imma's is the best. When you get tired of Taiwanese cuisine go to Imma's for some home cooked Israeli food. Service is unlike anything you will get in Taiwan. Nisim and Ezion are the fuel for this gem in Tainan.

The place is small but the owner managed to get us a table. Reading the puzzled looks on our faces reading the menu (in Chinese and English) he proposed to serve us a selection of dishes that would give us an impression of his cuisine and something for everyone's taste. We were NOT disappointed. This dishes were excellent. The flavours... More

I've been here twice and each time it's amazing. In fact, the second time was even better. The owners are incredible people who are so passionate and proud of their cuisine. The customer service is unbeatable. This time we got three dishes for four people, which by the way is plenty. Everything is amazing. But you must, without a doubt,... More

Having lived in Tainan for more than two years, I've had many chances to visit Imma. Every time we go the food is great, and no matter how full the restaurant seems to be, the owners always greet us with smiles. The food is consistently tasty and of high quality. The owners really understand what good service means. The restaurant... More

We visited Imma Bakery after the seeing the light / music show at Fort Provintia. The cab ride was about 10 minutes and I'd guess it will be the same from the main train station, We were greeted by the staff (one of them own the place but this is their part-time business as they are passionate about food and... We didn't have a reservation, so we had to order take-out from the bakery. There was quite a bit to choose from for such a small place, and a good variety of food as well. The staff was extremely apologetic that they didn't have space for us, so they let us have a few free samples while we looked over... More

I have tried a lot of restaurants in Tainan and all around Taiwan and I think this is one of the must try. The owners are really friendly and make you feel like in your house, if you don't know what to order or how to eat it they will be more than grateful to help you. All the dishes... More

The owners made me and my fiancée feel welcomed right from the start. Ensuring we were shifted to a table inside when there was a table available as it was really hot outside. Food was really tasty..the shashuka is a must try! The hosts also explained to us and showed us how to go about eating the food. Really friendly... More
