The Dish is an amazing restaurant. Get the Tuna and egg melt. I came with my older brothers. We all loved the food. It's great for adults and younger people like myself.

I cannot say enough good things about DISH! We would never have found this place without Tripadvisor, and I am sooooo glad we did. Best lunch in a long time. The food is so creative and unexpected. I have traveled the US and a good share of the planet but this place remains my favorite lunch spot anywhere. The menu changes weekly and never fails to surprise me with new creations that are insanely delicious.

The Dish offers a different menu every week of creative and wonderfully flavorful dishes made with fresh ingredients! Ann has a special talent for crafting unique flavor combinations that make your tastebuds dance! Some dishes can be a bit on the hot spicy side, so ask if you don't care for that. A cup of soup or a salad comes... More

The menu posted was not all available today, but did the best we could with the one page sheet. After ordering, it was told what one ordered wasn't available, but other option on diet was only available in full order size. Got soup from original order also. It, and my husbands, was so hot from pepper we couldn't eat either.... More

We visited Abilene to do research at the Eisenhower Presidential Library. Dish was a great change from the typical fast food chains. We had the tacos, and they were delicious! We are Southern California natives, and these were the best tacos we've had since moving to the south.

Always fresh, tasty and great variety of sandwiches and soups. Amazing flavors. Great desserts, too. I love this place!

Best soup, salad and sandwiches I've ever eaten. Freshly fixed, non-fried, well seasoned, tasty dishes served in a delightful environment by a person with patience and a sense of humor. My sisters and I ordered different sandwiches and shared. Never a bad bite. I'm from out of town and come back to Abilene just to eat at The Dish

After our visit to the Eisenhower Museum, we checked Trip Advisor for lunch ideas and found The Dish. The chef is very creative and we learned that she may never make the same dish twice, as spices, ingredients and inspiration will always differ on any given day. We loved today's soup: chicken vegetable with chunks of chicken, corn, green beans... More
