Chicken Crust Pizza @ Bhutan

Good food at not so costly rates. Difficult to find place to sit especially during crowded weekend evenings.

Went there for lunch and had a Veg Pizza. They served a thin crust pizza which was really good. The service was good as well.

We came here for lunch after nearly two weeks of rice, potatoes and cauliflower. I guess we didn't have high expectations but it was surprisingly delicious. The base was particularly good. We ordered chicken, tuna and chilli chicken. All were really nice. The coffees (lattes) were reasonable. Fresh beans, just a bit burnt. The service was great considering we thought... More

We landed up at Cafe Italia after a long day of sight seeing and a visit to the General Post Office. The restaurant is right opposite the General Post Office on the first floor. There is wifi available. We ordered a Spicy Ham Pizza and a Chicken Sausage Pizza and some coffee. The pizzas were good, though the time taken... More

Visited for evening snacks. The staff is very friendly. The chocolate coffee we ordered were very delicious and prepared with lot of effort. Appreciate the hard work they put in making delicate designs on the coffee which sure takes a lot of effort.

Free Wi-Fi and nice view on the road. We prefer however Seasons for the Pizza's and Pastas in Thimphu as their food just tastes better. However, Seasons is closed on Monday (so you could go to Upstairs for Pizza and Pasta on Monday, which is as good but offers better views from their outside balcony).

The restaurant looks nice from outside, but the food, especially the Pizza, is terrible. They don't have a proper Pizza oven and thus the Pizza is cooked only from one side.
