We visited a couple of times and enjoyed the food, the ambiance and the quick arrival of our dishes. We had both pizza, pasta and a beef dish. The portions were large and as we had also ordered salads we were well satisfied with the quantity of food. The pizzas were a little overcooked and dry but the other dishes... More

Ate here on three-four occasions, and tried several dishes, mostly pasta and pizza, and can highly recommend it. Good selection of food, nice staff and speedy service! The waiter's knowledge of the menu could have been better, however.

Set on a hill overlooking the town we had dinner here. We both had beef which was excellent. Portions are quite large. Service efficient and atmosphere very good. Wine list long but availability limited.

Met a friend here for dinner. Within minutes of us sitting down, our drink orders were taken and shortly after we ordered our food. Much to my friend's (a local) and my surprise, our food came no later than 15 minutes after we ordered. We both had pizzas, and they were delicious. Sol's decor is warm and inviting, and the... More

We heard so many positive reviews about Sol e Luna that we wanted to try. We ordered 2 pizzas (2 different ones although I cannot remember their names) and decided to have them delivered at home by Hello Food Rwanda. I am really sorry to say it but the pizzas were not that great. And I am bei g nice... More

Great atmosphere, always a good amount of people around and has a buzz. Outdoor, so don't forget your mosquito repellent. Has a quiz nights on Mondays, check it out! The place is always buzzing with life and lots of expats. It's not cheap, but the food is great. If you love chillies like myself, ask for the chilli oil to... More

This might be the best Italian in town, but having tried both pasta and pizza, I would definitely recommend the pizza. On my second visit I had pasta and the sauce was overpowering. The anchovies and tuna dominated all other ingredients. On the other hand, on my first visit, I tried the calzone and it was as good as one... More

They were very accommodating to our group of about 30. We were served a buffet with a wide variety of food.

Although we have visited Rwanda several times this was our first visit to Sol e Luna - how I wish we had discovered it on previous visits. The entrance door is all that you can see from the road, once through the door you descend down the steps into a tiered areas overlooking Kigali which look beautiful especially at night.... More

This is definitely one of the best restaurants in Rwanda. Service is good and the food outstanding. It is not as clearly signposted, you could easily get lost. It however is worth it, when you eventually find it. Hint - To get there, a good reference point is the RDB, once you are there, if you ask, most people know... More
