Lovely place

I love the ambience at wakkis. Service is great and the employees from the entrance are very friendly. You also get to meet loads of expats and foreigners living and visiting Abuja. I look forward to my next visit. You should too.

If you are looking for sizzling exotic dishes Wakkis is your best port of call in Abuja. The surrounding and decor look simple but elegant. The food is very tasty and the different dishes mostly Asian are so delicious that the first visit would always tempt you to return again and again. The eatery is sparkling clean clean and since... This is a popular place for expats and locals alike. We have spent many fun evenings away from the office with friends, colleagues and clients enjoying Wakkis together. Great news and a first for me is the unlimited supply of pappadams as we drink the first beer or cocktail of the evening before ordering from a wide range of dishes... More

The Lamb shoulder is made in a local clay pit which now makes it extremely tender and juicy. Try it out with a Greek salad spiced with vinegar

Good Indian food available if you miss it. But cant be eaten on routine basis if staying in town for long because of excess use of oil and spices. But there seems the need for cleanliness.

I'd like to think of myself as a foodie so being able to enjoy a meal every time is a must! Wakkis is a great restaurant. It has an open grill style kitchen so if you like to see what's cooking, this is it. The menu is Indian and always very tasty. Great location in Wuse 2 and and you... More

Really good - go here to get away from the less than acceptable food in the hotels! Laid back and rough and ready but great food
