On UN Drive, Mamba point facing Atlantic, this restaurant's out side area (open) is lovely for an evening dinner.

Generally good standard of food and beers, but waiting staff (Notably except for the Indian Gentleman in charge) need to learn how to smile and not just grunt at customers. Most of them currently give the impression they are not very happy to be there. Service can be a bit on the slow side at times.

I've stayed 9 weeks this summer at Cape and I've stayed 3 weeks last spring at Mamba Point. The service is much better at Cape Hotel than at Mamba Point. The waiters really learn what you like and they are really caring. The rooms are a bit old but they are currently renovating. After the renovation, this hotel will be... More

Every facilities about hotel is found there and well protected by securities. Not too expensive as compare to the beauty it shows.

The Cape Hotel is a decent place to stay, but if you can, opt for the Mamba Point, next door. Mamba's a bit pricier, but well worth it. My room had roaches - not a moment passed when I was in my room and I didn't see a roach scurrying around. Thankfully, none was longer than an inch. But, still,... More

Liked the breakfast as it was my home breakfast with fruits and yoghart. Had a very good waiter who knew my needs, when he wasn't there then that was it! I went through the menu as I stayed there long, but kept off the chillies. If you like spicy food then go for it.

I know we expect more coming from the States in terms of food and clean facilities but this was unacceptable. My spinakopia came out soggy and my lettuce pieces were red they used the same cloth they used to wipe the seats wear people put their butts with the same one for the table. Unacceptable.
