We arrived at 1pm on a Friday. No one was in the restaurant except for the red ants crawling on the table. Not a good first impression. Glasses and plates on the table were chipped and dirty. Wait staff was attentive until meal arrived, then disappeared. Toilet was dirty and would not flush, no soap at the sinks, no trashcan... More

lived in Ghana for years, and never knew it was OPEN.. a friend came to visit and read a tour book that suggested the place. It is surprisedly good. very accommodating, and had everything on menu-- which is not a norm in Ghana.. Pancakes, waffles, etc.

It was quite an adventure getting to the restaurant due to the fact that the Ghanians don't pay much attention to street names. Our cab driver just kind of dropped us off in the general area, but we eventually found our way thanks to some very nice locals. I stopped by The Orangery only for a juice, but I can testify that it was a damned good pineapple juice that they made, especially when you've been walking around Adabraka all afternoon. We had wanted to eat in the beautiful Maroccan (?) inspired room, but only if you prebook and order 50GHC dinner package each. Had pasta with salmond - nice!
