Ranked #11 of 138 Restaurants in Addis Ababa
Dining options: Reservations
Description: Four Seasons restaurant is one month old, a good option for locals and expatriates wanting a different dining scene in Addis Ababa. It is located in the new road from GetFam infront of Axum hotel. The menu offers authentic Japanese cuisine, as one of the owner/partner is also the Chef, he is Pakistani, but trained in the refinements of Japanese cooking making his menu authentic Japanese taste. The is no parking, we parked along the road infront of the restaurant, and because this place is new, the crowd is not there yet. The restaurant is clean, service staff polite and speaks English, and ample space for families, group of friends and children. A good place to hang out.

After 4 month of traveling in Africa, eating a good sushi is very refreshing! The food and service is very good, BUT not much variety for vegetarians..! And they have very wired opening hours..!

Meeting up with a bunch of colleagues we decided to visit this lovely restaurant as a refreshing change from Ethiopian fare. The spring rolls and teriyaki chicken starters were delicious and the Thai green and red curries were deliciously flavoured though perhaps a little on the mild side for my preference. Next time I will ask for a little more... More

As expats living and working in the north of Ethiopia, being in Addis Ababa means eating food from home. This restaurant fulfilled this requirement completely. We like to eat Thai in our home country and eating here was like eating at our home. We had the spring rolls and Pad Thai and Curry with Coconut and Prawns. The prices are... More

We went to the Four Seasons with ambitions to please everyone in our party, with a selection of Thai, Japanese and Pakistani food. Perhaps since one of the previous reviews the Pakistani food has been removed from the menu. That was disappointing. Service was a bit slow, but then, as everything is freshly made, we didn't mind the wait. The... More

The restaurant tries to cover much of Asia, with separate pages in the menu for Japanese, Thai, and Pakistani cuisine. Everything was tasty and freshly prepared, but we had to wait over an hour for our food. Portions are small, so order accordingly. Also, be clear about how spicy you want the food to be.

One of my absolute favorite restaurants in Addis. Great Thai and Japanese food, though in my opinion, the best dishes are the pakistani ones. Try the mutton karahi - one of the best meals I've had in Addis. Beyond the quality of food, the restaurant offers lovely ambiance and the best service I've experienced in Addis. The waitstaff is friendly... More

The Four Seasons is a real (and really expensive) gem in Addis and I am so lucky to live just done the street from it. The mixed Japanese, Thai and Pakistani menu can give the wrong impression of a restaurant that wants too many things. I have tried a number of the starters and the Thai curries and I really... More

The Pad Thai was definitely the standout dish among the group. However, they didn't have saki, and they forgot to put in an order for/bring out one of the 4 people at my table's meal. I asked an Amharic-speaking friend to double check that they would be open for dinner at 5pm on a planned night out with friends, and... More
