This restaurant offers a buffet of traditional food and a stage show of enthusiatic dancing and singing. It's touristy, but fun. Be sure to try the local injera bread. Pungent and a bit of an acquired taste for foreigners, but not to be missed. The service is very friendly and the dancers were great to watch. Try to sit down... More

This place serves very good traditional food. The traditional buffet is great, because it's a great opportunity to try many different traditional dishes, and the quality is very good. They have a dancing and singing show that is very interesting and nice, but the place is very touristic and the show didn't strike me as very authentic. The main caveat... More

I loved my night here! It is very touristy but a must for anyone visiting Ethiopia. You get giant platters of injera and wot plus live dancing and music. It is really cool! You will not leave hungry.

I imagine that this could be a very nice and fun experience. However, we thought that we'd made reservations and somehow that was not the case. We ended up on a corner of the restaurant near the bathrooms. It was fine, but the wait staff seems annoyed/unattentive and borderline rude. The food was okay, but we ordered from the menu... More

Loved the song and dance sessions held here and add to that the amazing traditional food and drinks served is amazing. The dancers are very energetic and keep the crowd entertained, its more of a stage show experience than an eat-out place. Must try drink - Tej!!

This is a place really made for tourists and a lot of groups come here. The food is good, there are some dances given (not really typical but made for the show). The atmosphere is funny. You should not take this restaurant too seriously but come for the ambiance.

Had an after meeting Dinner here on the 25th of June. Hmmm, the entire experience here was exhilirating. The cultural setting was entirely captivating for me coming from Nigeria. Would love to get back this awesome place.

2000 Habesha is one of the best cultural restaurants in Addis. Its more expensive than the others, but the music and dancing is better. And its a larger restaurant. They serve buffet style or at full service at your table. There was a wedding party dining with us, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The downside was that they'll... More

I had an 18-hour stop-over in Addis and ate dinner at this awesome place. The lively and buzzing atmosphere is exhilarating, the service is prompt, and the local food is prepared fast and of a very high standard. The best part about this restaurant is the live music and dance performances that go on all night, which provides captivating entertainment... More
