Burgers and sandwiches at low prices

These Starbucks-imitating cafés are dotted around the city. They have quite good burgers and sandwiches, and the price is low. They have also good juices - I can particularly recommend the mango juice. It is a good choice if you prefer to take a pause from the traditional food.

They served me dry cake that was hard as a rock. Told the waiter about it and he took it back. I got the bill and they charged me for it. I didn't want to waste my time and argue about a piece of cake that I didn't eat but I think that says a lot about this place.

This was the first cafe we visited in Addis ababa, an outlet near Harmony Hotel. First impression-'Starbucks???' mainly because of the green round logo. It was busy and clearly short-handed. We sat at the outdoor, terrace area facing the busy road. Ordered the coffee and breakfast items, but really, they are just normal..yes, the coffee was strong but nothing more.... More

Kaldi's has got to be one of the best places to have coffee and snacks. Their wide variety of cakes and finger foods are to die for.
