Of course it is expensive according to caboverdian standards, but the food was excellent and music was top-level. You can be sur that you'll envoy your night.
Not really my cup of tea. Some of the artists singing/playing here are great, but it's a bit too formal, with well-dressed people dining all around you and no place to mingle with locals. If you go alone, you tend to end up alone. As a jazz or folk club it's way too stiff for my personal taste. Having said... More
second time there, after 10 years, not much has changed, it is ok, long time to get the food but the music is there. typical capo verde restaurant without risks or excellences, the bill is higher than other places but the music and the large quintal (couryard) are a good reason to pay little more. An average place but surely... More

I went there on a monday night to have a nice meal and listen to some music. It was the main singer birthday and turned to be even better. Nice local party!
Very nice restaurant: friendly staff, tasty food. There you can listen to live music while eating - it's wonderful! I like such places 'cause it's like 2 in 1: restaurant and concert)

Local people thinks its great. However the dish I ordered was a traditional CV dish which was like a casserole and part of it was frozen !!... More
It's a nice experience although it may be a bit too loud for those who don't want music "all night long" while they eat.
We had a recommendation for Quinta Da Musica by the hotel: it seems that it is a tourists & expatriates location. The added value was the live... More
