Basic western style food. Simple quick and good service. Worth a quick meal. Check your docket. Juice is nice.

This is a quaint little place that makes people who miss Brooklyn coffee shops feel at home. They have a porch that wraps around the the restaurant which is on the corner of a block in a big room with high ceilings. The menu is short but there are some good western options at decent prices. The coffee, of course,... More

I was so disappointed. I had heard of this place. Though it showed promise, the coffee tasted old and burnt.

I recommend the quesadillas and the chocolate milkshake! We were very very happy to find a more western cafe and western food after a month of being away from home

The pastries were not fresh. It is situated right up on the road, where emissions from old cars ruin the air. The coffee makers don't really know coffee, actually. They just work there, it seemed.

I stumbled upon Union Coffee after my brief city tour provided by Zara. I did not think much of it at first, I decor is nice and like previous reviewer a breath of fresh air compares to other dinning places in town. They also have a staff explaning how coffee are roasted with a quick demo machine in the restaurant.... More

When this cafe opened up a couple years ago, it was a breath of fresh air with cheerful service - in a town filled with stale food. Atmosphere was nostalgic, food was great, and the prices reasonable. It must have gone to their head. Now the food is worse, prices unreasonable and service lackluster. Not that there are many good... More

If those are the qualities you're looking for in a place to grab food or coffee while in Moshi, go no further. You won't find anything on the menu for less than 8,000 shillings, and even the coffee is a steep 2,500 (it's all relative). The question is whether it's worth it: - The coffee is great. As others have... More

The coffee from the slopes of Kilimanjaro was lovely and tasty, but it was slightly let down by the service which was slow and it seemed as if it was the waitress' first day. However, the coffee was so good that I could forgive the service and I bought 2 bags of ground coffee to bring home.

We came here a several times during our stay in moshi. The food was also pretty good. The atmosphere was so comforting, and people were so welcoming. It had nice clean bathrooms and a great patio to sit, enjoy a cup of coffee and people watch.
