Wonderful and peaceful location on the sea shore. The lounge area is very trendy, the restaurant offers a good choice of meat and fish platters. Wine list adequate. To visit !!!!

This is one of those places that are in a prime locatin, but serve much less than average food. If you are truly trying for good seafood- you won't get it here. What you will get is an overpriced bill.

Dear BKK We dread receiving reviews such as these. We aim to please each visitor regardless of whether they had a seafood platter or a bottle of water. I apologize if we dropped the ball during your visit. Please introduce yourself to either me, Jon, Grace or Winston on your next visit as we would like to discuss the unfortunate... More

The Karambezi is part of the SeaCliff hotel complex. Both closed and open spaces are available. Both offer breathtaking view of the Indian ocean. Personally I prefer the outside seating, as long as it doesn't rain. The service was impeccable. We enjoyed coffee and drinks every evening.

I was on business trip and i spent 3 nights at this hotel, all 3 nights this cafe was the one killing my hunger, they have excellent sea food, i tried different meals but cajun prawns was the best of the best. The service is great with a supervisor always checking on you. Staff are friendly with smile faces, like... More

Hi Jane Thank you for the great review and positive feedback of your visit to our restaurant. Daniel and Wambura will especially like the positive personal comments. You will be glad to know that we will soon be upgrading the already liked Cajun Prawns to something even better. We welcome you back and we hope to see you soon. Markus More

This used to be a great place to go, but for the last couple of years the food has been dreary and poorly cooked. There are plenty of great ingredients, and its difficult to understand why this cafe cannot produce a good meal. The waiters and waitresses try hard, but they are not helped by all the rules that the... More

Dear Constable Thank you for the review you wrote on the hotel and our restaurant. We would like to be more of help if it were not for the indistinct references made in your review. Love the breakfast buffet with unlimited ala carte and a mini buffet to add. Food is very good and the view is great. One my favourites for breakfast, its a pity the breakfast ends so early....not ideal for weekends.

Hi Premala Thank you for the great review of our restaurant. We put a lot of effort into our breakfast and reviews such as these make it worthwhile. We are currently upgrading the breakfast display area and soon a new menu will follow as well. Apologies for the early closing time as we need to convert the kitchen into lunch... More

i had my graduation party here, i was impressed. Was initially doubtful about having my 6 yr old niece and nephew join in but they did not feel out of place, there were two other families with children there and the atmosphere felt suitable. The food was great, the portions huge, my birthday cake was to die for. One of... More
