This is a great place to go to in Dar es a Salaam particularly because of its location. The restaurant is on a cliff and one can see the Indian Ocean tides ebb and flow. At night there is limited vision of the ocean through the assistance of the hotel' sown lights. The food variety is limited and the food... More

A really good friendly vibe, great setting adjacent to the sea. Most of all the great servers who have character which should be recognized as a credit to the business. We tried everything on the menu and never disappointed. Great breakfasts.

Soos gewoonlik. A baie goeie netjiese plek om jou besigheids mense te bring. As usual a very neat place to bring you business delegation. Waiters well spoken and neat. Congratulations. Well done. After 3 years and 9 months this place has been my home. Karambezi also sponsored some of our events at the South African High Commission. Thank you. Dankie.

One of our go to spots because of the convenient lovely location and parking(improved security). Nice decor and lovely view of the Indian Ocean which I think is one of their strong points. The food is above average but nothing to justify the prices we were charged, nevertheless the portions were generous and does leave you somewhat stuffed. The service... More

We ended up at Karambezi by accident, but were shocked by the gorgeous view and had to stay for lunch. You must sit outside as close to the ocean as possible. The food was very good, but incredibly expensive. Do not go here to save money! I ordered the pineapple chicken burger, and would definitely recommend. If you are trying... More

Pricey, but nice selection and good presentation. Don't get the crab, too messy, not enough. The burger is to die for good. The view can't be beat. They make awesom dawas.

Lovely cafe with a great view of the ocean. From the salads to sandwiches, the food does not disappoint. My favorite item was the avocado salad with chili dressing. Attentive staff, fresh ingredients... Great spot for a relaxing meal!

I have eaten here many times and the experience is always good. The setting is awesome and the food is always pretty good. Nothing on the menu is amazing and the service isn't fantastic but the standards have been kept up for a long time and you know you can take colleagues or clients there. The tuna is good, the... Oh boy...it was quite a relief to have found this spot, after three visits with positive experiences, I feel I owe a review. One thing I really like about this place, is the atmosphere. I have eaten at lunch, afternoon and at dinner time, each time ordering a combination of the same items and new items. One word to describe... More
