Visited this establishment for dinner last week with a friend Expensive for the fare offered, though portions are a bit oversized. Smiling waiters, eager to please, made up for the average fare.

Stayed in january with my love. The staff was very attentive and made us feel quite at home. We liked the hotel as it was located in the middle of downtown and we could walk to restaurants and shops. Amina, recommended nice restaurants and awesome wine tour. Would definitely stay again!

The food here was really appalling. The Indian food was very bland, no spice at all. The tortilla chips were actually made from wheat flour, not corn flour so not very authentic. The burrito had indian spices in it and just didn't taste right. The cheese in the burrito had gone bad. The staff were frankly appalling, didn't speak a... More

It's not the first time I witnessed that practice. Some chefs in Dar actually are cutting beef fillets by the length and then even hammering it flat !!! What a crime to do to the finest piece of beef there is. The wine we ordered was apparently bought outside after ordering it and took at least 30 minutes to come.... More

Arizona grill is tucked away neatly in the suburb of Msasani and is not very famous for this very reason. Alot of potential clients turn toward Barbecue Village without even noticing the sign for Arizona Grill. This place offers a wide variety of meals that are tasty and very good value for money. Don't get me wrong this place isn't... More

A value-for-dinner good restaurant. If you come in Dar es Salaam and you cannot live without the "occidental taste", make sure to stop in this little piece of America, you'll appreciate the mix of local beers with the great tex-mex taste, with a very good meat. Recommended.

Dont be put off by the location or the setting. This is not a typical grill house but rather offers a mix of cuisines over a fairly extensive menu. However, it was for the steak that i went. After perhaps a bit of shaky start as i explained carefully how i wanted my steak (very rare) with mashed potatoes and... More

Tricky to find unless you know the area. All sorts of food available (Indian, Chinese, BBQ etc). Altogether it is what it is, a decent place for a relatively cheap meal that leaves you more than satisfied.

The Arizona Grill is a quirky place complete with wagon wheel chairs. The food is pretty well priced and when you are missing the South West of the US this will cure your homesickness with a pretty good effort on guacamole, fajitas, etc... Also lots of other options.
