Hats off to the owner of this restaurant for making me hold to the belief "having a good meal is about simplicity, freshness and being true to your origins and Cusine" We were recommended by the driver to visit this place, went there not knowing what to expect, as we were seated, we got to know... read more

We enjoyed the food in this restaurant . It is different than all the restaurant we have been to , there are no menu cards , not many choices of food , they feed you the way they want , the price is 20 euros per person , you find a mixture of people there , local and tourists ,... More

Went for a weekend to Tangiers and as usual visited this place. Price is always standard and comes to 200 dirhams (approx £15) per person. For that you get starters, mains, dessert and drinks (including freshly made juice of the day). Menu varies weekly i believe but usually comprises of fish dishes. Menu on the day i visited was sea... We had the intention to have lunch at the mirage hotel restaurant but unfortunately it was reserved that day for the royal family of saudia arabia who are in holiday in Tangier , our guide suggested that we could have fish at the saveur de poisson which was a good recommendation , the food was excellent , different kind of... one set menu: you sit and the guys bring a series of dishes till you can't eat anymore, then they bring you a big sweet dessert. The harissa was delicious, just the right bite.

This restaurant was recommended to us by someone we met on the train while traveling from Rabat. She said if we like fish this was the place. Wow! What a surprise! we had no idea what we were getting into. Unlike me, I didn't even check it out on TA. And glad I didn't. Lucky for us we arrived just... More

We don't know where to even begin! Either get there early (around 7 or 7:30) or make a reservation and then just sit down for an amazing fixed meal of about 5-6 courses. It started with nuts and olives and progressed to the most delicious fish soup, then a succulent dish of lobster with spinach, then a fileted white fish... More

Thanks to a tip from Anthony Bourdain we snagged seats when they opened for dinner. THer was a line waiting to get in all night (the place is small). There is no menu; they simply bring you the most delicious food you will have in all of Tangier and perhaps in all of Morocco. Go for the experience and the... More

Although it's a pricey set menu for Morocco (200dhm per pers) you'll leave stuffed with the most amazing, fresh fish you've ever eaten!! The endless refills of fresh pomegranate juice are a bonus and each course is incredible and cooked to perfection on the grill. We had to wait a little while for a table (no tourists to be seen... Like others noted, the menu was completely set. I don't wanna say what it was because the surprise is nice. Just know that it's a ton of food, it's all seafood and it's thoroughly satisfying and delicious. Others have noted that it's a tourist trap but I saw two groups of locals there, and talked to one Moroccan who says... More
