Delicious but a bit too pricey

Delicious food. I would recommend the Paella every day (best in Rabat period). Though despite that I think the pricing is hurting this bussines, it's very empty. Very much worth the money and staff is very friendly and helpful but try to lower prices just a bit in order to compete with other fish... read more

With such low prices do not expect to have lots and lots of food on your dish, quality is not that very bad, you can compare it to college food or cantina food, No alcohol, no white wine to go with the fish, we will most probably never go back... Does not deserve its ranking on the fish specialty list,... More

Based on the high Trip Advisor ratings, we decided to try Samaky. Although the service was decent and the place was clean, we were terribly disappointed by the food and won't return for a 2nd visit. Since we were here with two families, we ordered a variety of salads and seafood to share. Not one plate we ordered was worth... More

Came here for a classic seafood meal in Rabat and wasn't disappointed . Steer away from the fried section and stick to the calamari and shrimp tagines along with their salad variety. Excellent rice and paella as well. Will be a regular here during my stay in Rabat.

I emailed Samaky Restaurant to inquire about their hours and days of the restaurant is open. Unfortunately, for us the restaurant is closed on the day our cruise ship will be in port. Amr Bouitane was quick to answer my multiple emails. Including the email a recommendation to an alternative restaurant similiar to his own restaurant. I want to thank... More

I have lived in Rabat for a few months now and my mother, who was visiting, wanted seafood. I decided to take her to Samaky without having tried it first and it was a great experience. We came for an early dinner and were the only people in the restaurant (at 5pm). The waiter who seated us spoke English very... More

Had lunch here today. It is right by a tram stop, the #2 and taxi drivers know it. Nice fresh seafood and nice waiters. Just wish there was a menu in English but the waiter was very helpful and we managed to understand each other. Try the specials (written on the board by the front door). Great service and not...
