Interesting menu nice meal

I tried the Chemeau (Camel) Tanjia dish and was pleasantly surprise by the taste of camel. Friendly staff with a local musician strumming some tunes. Nice atmosphere but we had a few issues. No Casablanca beer just the Flag Especiale (not so good) and I tried to order pastilla also a no go. We... read more

If you're looking to take your family/friends out for Moroccan food, this is the place. It isn't overly touristy like many restaurants in the area, but still maintains a Moroccan vibe and has real and very good Moroccan food. Also, this is the only restaurant in Rabat where I have been able to find tanjia. It was very good.

this restaurant is hidden by the train station. It is wonderfully furnished inside and a good reasonably priced menu with wine and beer options. live music, courteous staff authentic atmosphere.

Disappointing experience as we arrived and ordered the only vegetarian mains, then after a while waiting we were told there was none tonight and no other options, so we had to find another restaurant. I'm sure it's great for meat eaters however. Looked nice inside.

Everything about this place was spot on! The waiter was super kind and lovingly explained the menu in three languages. The food was wonderful. The Oud player by our table was really talented and very nice. The ambiance is very nice. We had a little trouble finding it, but once we were there, we were very happy that we had... More

The restaurant is a very pleasant place to be. It was recommended by our business host, a “nice place to be” !!! And we did visit twice for dinner, till the second time we were hosted by a Mouse, when we were eating; it was monitored by most of the clients. Afterwards the staff saw it too, closed the kitchen... This is a reasonably authentic restaurant but I can't say it was the best food I had in Rabat. The room got a bit smoky at times from the kitchen, and the place was absolutely empty as we ate before 9 PM. It wasn't bad at all but certainly not the most memorable place during a week in Rabat.

The little restaurant had an authentic air and the Tajine's were nice although I did expect them to come with either rice or couscous. A musician played a stringed instrument whilst we ate which was a nice diversion. Toilets could be better although they were not awful and after all this is Morroco !!! Nice to get some wine after... This is a typical Morocco restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. .The food was good and the music entertaining. I'd come again to experience more of the menu, especially since I'm now know how to find it down the street on the left hand side of the main station in Rabat
