The food here was really good, the service good and the excellent Moroccan wine was reasonably priced. The decor is traditional and very comforatble.

A wide variety of tajines. Very good taste. You can choose salt or sweet tagines and green tea is a must also. Charming atmosphere with live ambient music. Expensive alcohol drinks. We really enjoyed the meal and we would repeat.

Having read the review in the Rough Guide, we decided to give this restaurant a try, and are so glad we did. The food was delicious; it was great to eat such a variety of beautifully prepared, tasty and wholesome Moroccan cuisine. The service was impeccable, and the ambience very relaxing, with traditional Moroccan-style furnishings. The cherry on the pudding... More

Tanjine wa Tanjia is one of our favorite restaurants in Rabat. It's easy, unpretentious and appropriate for just about any visit. We always take guests from out of town here and have never had a bad time. The food is always fantastic (especially the camel tanjia), the atmosphere is pretty good (quiet oud/guitar on weekends) and the price is not too... We went with a friend for lunch and had couscous, the speciality for Friday. It was delicious, large portion and with nice salads as starters. Price was affordable about 100 dhs per person.

Very good service, excellent food, affordable prices, easy access and friendly staff. Went there many times between Dec 2013 an Jan 2014 and was never disappointed. Hint: Try the camel tanjia.

This small, cozy, difficult to find, restaurant provides a good introduction to Morroccan food. Everything was pleasant and good enough. Live musician added to the ambiance without being intrusive.

Enjoyed our meal at this lovely little restaurant. Service was excellent and food was very good. Best mint tea we had in our two week stay of Morocco. The restaurant is near the train station. You'll first see a long line of restaurants in a sunken area behind the train station and you have to go around the corner to... More
