Try the Couscous Royale!

Had a lovely meal here after checking Tripadvisor, during our April holidays. The host was incredibly friendly, every request was answered by "avec plaisir mademoiselle"! I suggest the couscous royale, but the portion is so large I wouldn't recommend ordering starters. A plate of couscous with an... read more

The royal cous cous i had in chez kenza was really the best i ever had. The beautiful interior of the restaurant added extra flavor to the experience.

Two of us arrived late in the evening, but the restaurant opened again especially for us. We had soup and a most delicious tagine - the best I had in Morocco. The place is very friendly; well worth a visit!

We stayed at Riad ber badaine in May. The hostes ms. Kenza has her own restaurant the Chez Kenza. Her father and brother were super friendly and helped us around the city without the hustling we found in Fez. Great authentic food for an average/mid price. It was so tasty the first time with the fig/prune chicken we had to... More

I visited Kenza restaurant after a recommendation from a tour guide and I can truly say that it was the highlight of our trip to Meknes. Chef Kenza is very welcoming and accommodating. She explained all of her dishes and helped us select the tastiest dishes we had in morocco! Fresh ingredients and full of flavor. The setting is very... More

The food was could but the owner was very nice! I had a Maroccan salad for starter and it tasted like the sewer! The soup my husband has was good but the couscous was cold and his dromedare meatballs not the best we ate!

I visited Kenza restaurant ("Konouz al madina") following a recommendation from the Hotel where I stayed. Kenza herself is a great cook, who is attentive to detail, with a great character and who wants to provide the best possible service. She cooks traditional food unlike many other places where they only serve touristy plates. I ended up going there for... More
