Best family style food in Morocco, the place is quaint and lovely, just like the family that runs it. You are welcomed into their restaurant ( or living room ) through inconspicuous alley and metal door to an aged but beautifully decorated dining room. The food was too good and the Moroccan shortbread at the end was too die for!... More

Although the food takes some time to arrive, it was definitely worth the wait. One of our better meals in Morocco for sure...

This restaurant was in our guidebook and it did not disappoint. It's family-run and the family lives on the premises. As we've turned up for lunch at an odd hour and hence were the only patrons, it really felt like we were having a meal at someone's home. We were treated to an absolutely delicious meal at a very affordable... More

Hi, went looking for this restaurant last night and the TripAdvisor map location is wrong. It's actually located off Rue Rouamzine, eastern end, up some steps in a lane way. There's a visible sign on a building on Rue Rouamzine. Unfortunately didn't have the pleasure of eating there, we opted for something else.

Omnia restaurant is the close you will get to a traditional moroccan food experience. My hubby and I have been in Meknes last week and we discovered this wonderful hidden gem. Omnia is in a traditional home (beautiful house!) and the food is simply delicious. I came back two days in a row to taste the wonderful tangines deliciously prepared... More

Great experience, authentic food. The tagines were a very tasty experience, the quality and simplicity of the staff made it a very nice meal.

This cosy warm little restaurant is something we were glad to come across during our stay. It differed from the tourist-style cafes on the main roads and squares, and offered us a more homely environment in which to enjoy a relaxed, private meal without feeling that we were just a business transaction, or "bums on seats". We actually stayed for... More

This family run restaurant feels very authentic and welcoming. The menu is traditional and quite affordable. As people live in this place, you might find some random object scattered around the place - broken TV, smelly trainers or a bunch of cables. The service is very slow (even in Moroccan speed times, lol).

The restaurant is like that of the traditional guesthouse we are staying in. With it's comfortable cushioned lounges and separate cozy rooms you will feel at home. We ordered the Kebab and Chicken with citron on the menu these were both 80 drm each. They first served us a delicious eggplant salad, this was excellent the eggplant was well smoked... More

It's in a sidestreet off the main road, but if you ask anyone they'll know. The family is kind, not after business but want to cook their specialties for you. RECENTLY RENOVATED. The food is good, I had the Mrouziya (honey lamb and 7 spices) and my wife had Kamama (beef and caramelised tomato) A big meal for 2 including... More
