The night is more 'Moroccan theme night' than a gastronomic experience. BUT don't let that put you off. the house is quite spectacular (as is the quantity of food offered). It really is a great way to spend a night in Marrakech

This is a great restaurant with a set menu, the decor is simply amazing with a great terrace view over the whole of Marrakech. Local musicians are playing music which was a delight and the food was so tasty.

Down a myriad of back alleyways which raise the sense of danger, plain from the outside and sumptuous inside, if you like theatricality, good food and high romance, this stunning restaurant will make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up.

As seems to be the way in Marrakech the outside in no way prepares you for the beautiful decor inside. Probably worth getting a taxi here or I suspect it would be difficult to find. We had a lovely meal, it was a set menu but probably best to stave yourself before hand as there is no shortage of food.... More

As with many parts of Marrakech, you think you are in a dead end alley when suddenly you find a door behind which is a great surprise. There are no signs as fare as we could see and we thought we were in the right place, but couldn't see where to go - then an old guy sitting outside showed... More

We were staying in a riad almost next door and wanted an easy meal after a hectic day in the souk. Went to Dar Yacout and got the exact opposite.. A fantastic meal in beautiful surroundings, great staff (they walked us home in the dark), nice ambient live music. All for a set price of 700 per person - which... More

Its one of these set menue places where you have to order a menue bound to drive you into a food coma, ok place if this is what you are after but there are many nicer places to go for Moroccan food we prefer Dar Zeijl

We visited Dar Yacout with 3 other couples. The restaurant is beautiful and comfortable. Since it was a cold night they had fires going in every room. The tagine was similar to dishes we had eaten in other restaurants but tastier and beautifully served. The music was lovely yet it did not over power our conversation. I'm glad we found... More
