Lovely place for a calm and quiet lunch

Lovely setting -- next to a beautiful tiled pool and surrounded by trees, with roses petals on the tables. Our meal started with MANY (14 or 15, we think) salads in mini tajines. That sampler actually would have been enough food. The entree was superfluous. Our meal ended with dessert and the ubiquitous mint tea. The food and service were... More

extremely disappointed in this Restaurant - the food was extremely mediocre, and for the price - a total rip off. (we did not sit in courtyard by pool as fully booked. we were warned about this when we reserved). Many many better meals in restaurants far far cheaper. Dr. Toni N. UK

Yes there is sort of a wow effect when you enter in this large covered restaurant with it its nice central swimming pool and impressive trees, and the start of the (mandatory) menu with its 14 little - and delicious - moroccan salads is just adding to it....but then the magic is disappearing, you realize that the large volume is... We were asked to keep count of how many little baby tagines were on the table for the "salad'/tapas course - we lost track at 16 X 2 for our table of eight. After awhile, we couldn't remember what we were eating! But it was all intriguing and delicious, as was the cornish hen main course. Dessert was puffy and... More

Very atmospheric setting by the pool and must be the most romantic setting to eat in Marrakech. I had dinner on a fixed menu which I knew was going to be too much so I negotiated a cheaper price for just 3 courses, very flexible of the management. The lunchtime menu is cheaper. An experience worth paying a little extra... More

We wanted to eat dinner here, but decided on the more ecconomical lunch menu ...slection of hot and cold appetizers, we had read reviews and had to try it....it did not disappoint...it was delicious. the staff were extremely attentive the food and wine reasonable. This was an excellent meal to sample 9 or so little dishes. Yes they are small... More

This place came highly recommended on various websites. We wanted a special meal and did not mind paying extra. Beware. It is and looks beautiful, with an ambience and decor to match, but the food was not up to fine dining standards or presentation and the place was relatively empty, with two other pairs of Europeans. Dar Moha is a... More

Maybe expensive for the set evening meal (55 euros) but if you want a special meal in an amazing location, I would! We did however go for lunch. Cold and hot small plates of some innovative and inventive takes on Morrocan classics. All were fabulous explosions of taste. The pigeon pastille was just outstanding. Service discrete and attentive. Great value... More
