Great food and setting.

This is a great place to 18 especially as part of a group. The quality of the food is very high but relatively it is quite expensive. However if you share one of the set menu you will be very pleasantly surprised. It is a fabulous setting so it is worth spending the whole evening at the restaurant.

We enjoyed a drink at the roof terrace and had our meal in the restaurant where it felt very romantic with live local music. Food and house wine was worth every penny and would definitely go back and recommend. We were a couple but there was also a family there enjoying a lovely meal. We felt really safe walking there... Our Riad recommended this restaurant. The food was absolutly amazing, the best chicken we have ever tasted. The wait staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The whole night was an 'experience' from drinks on the roof terrace to the beautiful music in the courtyard. Around €100 for 2 people including drinks not bad considering it's a 5 course meal.

Located in a beautiful building, Dar Zellij is everything one could ask for in an upscale, Marrakech restaurant. Absolutely pristine dining room, it could be a movie set. Peaceful, serene with the most delicious food! I had vegetarian selection, the others dining with me had chicken and lamb. A totally enjoyable dinner. Perhaps a little more expensive than some restaurants,... More

set menu was delicious 350 d per head - too much food but very well cooked, starter salads were amazing - but was full after starter so main course was wasted on me,

In the heart of the old Medina, this Moroccan restaurant is undoubtedly very beautiful, with a magnificent saloon. Good service and nice Andalusian music... Unfortunately the level of the cuisine is very ordinary and certainly do not justify the price we paid.

We had a fantastic set menu, great food and top notch service. The atmosphere was brilliant with romantic appertifs on the roof terrace and dinner by lantern and candle light in the courtyard. Peaceful live Moroccan music, rose petals and incredibly attentive staff. This was the most expensive place we ate (around £50 for 2 people 5 courses and drinks)... More

It's expensive, this is a tourist trap and not one for the traveller on a day budget. The set menu is around 450dirham per person. The food is ok, but you pay a lot for what you can get in any decent Moroccan restaurant. It's nice that they spoon out your tagine for you but you are paying an extra... More

This is a lovely, traditional riad off the beaten path in Marrakech that serves wonderful food and has excellent service. The inner courtyard is my favorite place to dine (orange trees, a serene pool, a view to the stars) but the Grand Salon is quite alluring as well. We hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner and welcome cocktail party here and... More
