Great restaurant

After searching around Marrakech for a bar or restaurant that sold a beer we came to this place. A beer cost 50 DH (around £3) and it was always cold and refreshing. Tried the chicken tagine one night, it was slightly dry but for £4 you couldn't really complain. Nice relaxed atmosphere and waiters... read more

I've been coming to Marrakech now for many years and stumbled across this restaurant by accident when my normal watering hole was closed. The staff make you feel at home straight away, the beer is cold and the food well priced. I often go for a drink on my own as my wife is Moroccan so doesn't really drink and... More

This delightful restaurant, set back from the road behind a beautifully tended garden, impressed us so much that we ate there two nights in row (of a three night stay). We first stopped there for drinks and plumped for the Flag beer (50 dirhams a glass, just over three quid), which was refreshing and delicious. The waiters and the young... More

My husband and I came across this wonderful oasis quite my accident and I must say we did not regret it and in fact we returned several times during our weeks' stay in Marrakesh. The restaurant is outside the Media but only a short walk and has a lovely terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy lovely food and... More

Our 1st night in Marrakech we came across this place and liked it so much we ate here 3 nights out of 5. Good food at v reasonable prices, beer at 50dh a pint (try the Flag beer) and friendly attentive staff. Away from both the madness of the Medina and the more European style (and priced) new town areas.

Nice cold beer just off the main street Was enticed in by the marketing man outside who seems to work here all day everyday. We had politely ignored and gone past a few times but fancied a beer on our last night. Nice, cold beer, cheap, european football on outside on the terrace and a nice restaurant inside. What more... Very nice food and drink!! Khaled is a great waiter and full of useful information about the town of Marrakech! The beef and chicken kebabs are great.

We were enticed in by the marketing guy (you know who I mean) So glad we did. Having no intention of eating we decided to stop for some alcoholic consumption. Free - yes free - Tasty olives and a spicy wee salad later our taste buds were invigorated. A pizza to share was no problem. The beer was ice cold... More

Happy hour all the time! Have visited Marrakech 4 times and have always made time to visit this place. Lovely house red wine and great cold beers at very reasonable price! Just what you need on a hot day. Good range of food choices. Main meals from 50dh - 160dh. Pastas, tagine, burger, skewers, rice, noodles, seafood and steaks. Try... More

On a hot walk back to the Souks we stopped to view this place. The young waiter enticed us in even tho it was a 50/50 choice at that point. Thank goodness he did! We enjoyed a few cold "pression" on the front terrace with a couple of small FREE tapas. As its pretty difficult to find a beer in... More
