In the medina of marrakech, in the chaos of tangled alleys, suddenly, over a carved wooden door, a world unexpected. The patio shaded by lemon trees, a music descends from the sunny terraces and the scent of the best italian cuisine. The Restaurant & Cafe I Limoni offer a relaxing corner in a vintage flavor with a touch of modern design. You can listen to selections of the best music of the past and present while enjoying the traditional tuscan dishes of fish and meat, or just a club sandwich of crispy fries. We are open from 11.30 am to 15.30 and 18.30 to re-open for drinks with dinner and to continue until after midnight with music and cocktails.

My husband and I staying Marrakech for a week and ate at lots of different places. This was one of the best. A great menu of Morrocan and Italian food with some really interesting fusion. The service was lovely and the food was delicious. I read the one bad review here and am not really sure what they mean, this... More

very beautiful place in the medina, with an internal court with outside tables under 4 lemon trees. Owner is Italian. Food is good an also wine selection. Price is reasonable, for entree, main course and wine about 30 euro.

This cafe was really close to our riad and that was the only reason we went there 3 times. The food is more or less ok, but nothing special, just a nice break from tagines, as many have already said here. First time we came I ordered a bottle of water. The menu said it was 1.5l and the price... More

Good evening Tatiana first of all we have a restaurant and not a café first of all you came in without saying hallo or anything else. Second you asked for a bottle of a water and we offered you a bottkle in glass which we consider more elegant and in fact is 75 cl.'and more expansive for us than a... More

We went here for dinner on our second night in Marrakech and chose to eat from the Moroccan menu. The food was delicious and with wine the whole thing was reasonably priced. We would definitely go again.

Recommended by the manager of our Riad we decided to trust his judgement . As it was our last night in Morocco after an amazing trip it was important to end on a high. We were not disappointed. Beautiful decor. Tasty varied menu, a welcome change from the many Tagines we'd had. Attentive and unobtrusive staff. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended... More

We walked by this lovely little doorway for a week and decided to eat here our last night in Marrakech. What a beautiful space, just like an oasis, perfect lighting, ambiance, wonderful staff, cozy fireplace- not to mention the food which was the best we are in Marrakech! Do not miss this experience whilst in Marrakech!

Just like quite a few of these reviews, we chanced upon it wandering down to the centre from our Riad (Villa Nomade). The photo-copied Trip Advisor sign on the menu outside caught our eye and we looked through the open doorway into an attractive, cool Italian style courtyard. We decided to try it for dinner later. We didn't make a... More

We walked past this place quite a few times without even realising it was there, then when we wanted a restaurant that was close to our Riad (Lapis-Lazuli) our host showed us to here. The setting is lovely, the seating is in a covered courtyard with lemon trees growing beside the tables and a small fountain in the middle. The... More
