Everything you could wish for in a local restaurant.

Owner Hamid and his team run the most authentic local restaurant in town. The food is, without exception, wonderful - from the olives and grilled aubergine starters, to a huge selection of fresh fish cooked quickly [the calamari is outstanding]. The open air atmosphere is friendly... read more

Owner Hamid and his team run the most authentic local restaurant in town. The food is, without exception, wonderful - from the olives and grilled aubergine starters, to a huge selection of fresh fish cooked quickly [the calamari is outstanding]. The open air atmosphere is friendly, inclusive and relaxed. Find a seat, be patient, and speak French [or try, they'll... More

Fresh fish and great service. This is definitely a popular place with the locals. Very affordable food. After a few days of bland hotel food this was a great find. Not a fan of the cats that flock there because of the smell of tasty fish.

We've passed this restaurant a couple of times as this was en route to Carre Eden and a block away from our hotel. It's not much to look at until our new friends decided to take us here. And boy, are we glad that they did! The food is amazing, freshest sea food on your plate. The seafood platter is... More

If you like good fish this is the place! Huge place also frequented by the locals. Very cheap and one of the best meals we had while in Marrakesh

This is a great place for sea food and as other reviewers have said it's very popular with the locals so you may have the chance to have a nice conversation with some Marrakchis whilst you have your meal!

Probably one of the nicest meals I had whilst visiting Morocco and I think one of the cheapest too! Lots of locals eat here, it is constantly busy which is what attracted us to it in the first place. I think I consumed by body weight in fish and enjoyed the last mouthful as much as the first. The calimari... More

Fish restaurant with very good and fresh fish. Super cheap, great value. Ambiance/decoration like a fast food restaurant. Also takeaway. But really good!

We went here for the fresh fish! We did get fresh fish, and it was good. It was not amazing, but good. The lobsters were on ice, but already dead. We tried asking about that, and got a run around. But, all of the fish was good. We did enjoy our meal. The rice that was served with the meal... More

We stopped here for lunch on our last day and I wish we'd found it earlier. It is a fast paced, friendly and bustling restaurant that serves fantastic sea food. You feel in amongst local Marrakech life. In terms of the dining experience you pick out a selection of fresh fish which is then cooked while you snack on olives... More
