We went here for the fresh fish! We did get fresh fish, and it was good. It was not amazing, but good. The lobsters were on ice, but already dead. We tried asking about that, and got a run around. But, all of the fish was good. We did enjoy our meal. The rice that was served with the meal... More

We stopped here for lunch on our last day and I wish we'd found it earlier. It is a fast paced, friendly and bustling restaurant that serves fantastic sea food. You feel in amongst local Marrakech life. In terms of the dining experience you pick out a selection of fresh fish which is then cooked while you snack on olives... More

Definitely worth a visit when in the new town! A Must! Very busy during lunch time! But will not have problems getting a table if you are patient. Very cheap seafood. Fried mixed seafood platter for one is huge for only 50 Dirhams! Fried fish, calamari, shrimps. I am a big eater but it defeated me. They do seafood salads,... More

The owner of the resturant is very helpful and helped us choose our dishes. We had fresh sea food piela, BBQ king prawns and plate full of BBQ shrimps. It all came up to around about 180 dirhams only for five of us. This is where all the locals eat.

This restaurant is far from fine dining, but it's good quality seafood at great prices. Rice, Bread, Harissa sauce and Olives are also complimentary. You can either choose from the fresh fish on display, or ask for a menu and choose from a range of dishes. The calamari is great, and the seafood soup is delicious (can depend on the... More

All maroccans go to Al Bahriya. Interesting experience for travelers. The restaurant look like our 60'70' old restaurant. Very funny. You can choose your fish before to eat. Fantastic! The service is super fast after two minutes you are eating a special free appetizer with olive. The menù is very interesting with a lot of possibilities. I strong raccomend this... More

Great place in Gueliz - absolutely packed and turning tables fast. Full of locals and very accommodating to tourists. Incredible value for fresh grilled and fried fish, salads and bread. Had lunch here twice in a row. Point to the fish on the counter and is cooked for you. Can't wait to have a lobster blow out next time. So... More

Found this place by accident, but had to stop for lunch. It seemed everyone else in Marrakech had the same idea. It was a lovely warm day for al fresco dining so we joined the end of a table and ordered grilled prawns and calamari. Both were delicious and fresh, served with far too much bread, rice, olives and harissa,... More
