Nice dinner

We found this place to be reasonably priced and decent food. They have loads of his around trying to get you in - which sometimes puts me off. But the ambience (we were in no. 2) was fun with a couple of musicians. And the food was tasty - the chile sauce was appreciated. Nice lamb tagine with... read more

We had a moroccan salad, lamb skewers and pidgeon pastilla. The food was some of the tastiest we encountered in Marrakech so far. The staff and service are super, equally the ambience, location and prices. Would come back and would reccomend.

We didn't find tagines to be all that fabulous in Marrakesh generally, which was disappointing, however of them all this place definitely was one of the best. Unfortunately the prices are ridiculous and they largely take advantage of tourists who don't know better. Charging 60-80 for a tagine when non tourist restaurants will charge 35-50 for the same thing. I... More

These guys sure don't give up trying to push their flyers onto you, but it's worth giving them a go. We had a couple of fantastic tagines here, with a harira starter, and a couple of Moroccan traditional musicians to accompany, complete with the fez :) Great place to visit, and you can lean over the balcony and watch the... The tajine we ordered was good, the servers were polite. The price was low and the location was just outside the main square. There's a band singing to entertain you as well. What's not to like? :)

We decided to visit Chez Brahim 1 (first one you come to from the Djema El Fna) following the daily invites from the waiters at the entrance. We told him that we'd be there at 7pm however were told that #1 was closed for refurbishment when we turned up. We went to #2 where we had the set menu. The... More

No frills but delicious food. Would highly recommend this place just off the main square. The tagines are fantastic and the location is very handy. Staff were attentive and it was a complete song.

Nice ambience with candlelight. Friendly people and good food. Maybe not the most exotic dishes, but good local food. Prices are good as well.

We went to Chez Brahim 1 (there is also a nr. 2 in the same road) and we had a yummy dinner, the place is lovely and pulverizing water showers refresh the room, so we could eat without melting ;)
