We had the best meal of our visit to Marrakech here. The pigeon pie was amazing and the wine also very good (pretty rare in this city!)

The food was ordered prior to arrival. We all had tagine which was wonderful. The service was impeccable and the local beers and wine weren't bad either.

Our hotel recommended this Moroccan/Italian restaurant. The first time we tried to go we were too early and hadn't booked! However, we returned to a reserved table a different night. We were put in an annex room which may have disappointed some expecting the main room but actually suited us well as we had a tired 2 year old in... More

We came here for lunch. We had called the previous day and made a reservation. When we arrived they seemed not to know about our reservation and weren't very welcoming, though the restaurant was empty. After a few minutes they called us for our table. The place is nice and it was warm/cosy inside. But the service was not very... More

We ate here yesterday after reading great reviews. I thought the food was first rate and the setting stunning. I gave the waiter a big tip on account of his terrible jokes. The house wine was delicious and reasonable . Just go I don't think you'll regret.

Having read other reviews & this being recommended by our Riad owners we knew we were in for a treat. It didn't disappoint. Welcome Mimosa cocktails and an 'amuse bouche' to whet the appetite were fab! Great ambience, stylish friendly staff & good menu choices make this a place you just mustn't miss out on. Starters, mains & wine for... More

We were recommended to go to Pepe Nero by one of the helpful young staff at the Riad were were staying at. It was one of many recommendations made throughout the Medina so were weren't entirely sure when or if we would get there. We quite literally stumbled across it at lunchtime when we emerged from the souks on that... More

Everything about this restaurant is great - setting, service, value for money, background music and the food itself - either Italian or Moroccan. Only a short walk from the main square. Do remember though to book in advance either on the internet or via your hotel at least 24 hours in advance. Also - it is closed on Mondays.
