We came for an early dinner on Friday night. We had a very enjoyable time and the meal was a pleasant break from traditional Moroccan food. I would definitely go back but wouldn't suggest it for any special occasion.

We had an enjoyable meal at the Amaia this week. We were in need of a cuisine that wasn't Moroccan based (few too many tagines) and this didn't disappoint. Located close to the main road in the New Town, this was a small'ish restaurant, with around 8 tables inside. It was modern and the staff were attentive and welcoming. We... More

Totally enjoyed the food, wanted something that wasn't Moroccan after exhausting the tagines and had steak, the steak was tender and yummy, i ordered mine with the blue cheese sauce which wasn't on the menu but they still did it for me for the same price. Lovely interior as well and the staff are nice and attentive, lots of free... More

We visited the restaurant on a Monday evening around 8.30 pm. We were the first table and after 20 minutes another family arrived. With only two tables considered a quit night. The menu was attractive as well as the daily specials. Prices for main courses vary from 100DH to 180. The special of beef fillet with foie gras was 190.... More

Nice change if you got tired of inevitable moroccan tagines. Very pleasant atmosphere, prompt service, good choice of local wines. Food is tasty and generally on the level with any respectable european restaurant, which provides you a pleasant escape from surroundings, and after a while in Morocco it can be quite nice

Excellent value again and a nice change from Morrocan food. A good varied menu with reasonably priced alcohol and a nice atmosphere. Friendly, unintrusive service and an all round winner. Once you've had one tagine, you've had them all. Switch to restaurants like this and enjoy the glorious food marrakech can offer. 2 starters, 2 mains, wine and water was... More

The steak was highly reviewed on TA so I ordered it. It was a good size portion but was only warm when it came out. Based on other reviews I expected amazing but it was only ok. Service was very good, other than not asking me how my food was. Atmosphere was nice. Definitely don't think this restaurent belongs in... More

Dear Sir Sorry that your New York steak did not pleased. You ordered it “medium”, so warm inside. It was served immediately after preparation,( you were the only customer at 4.00 pm!). As you enjoy the wifi connection, you delayed to start eating ... Kind regards E. Garozzo More
